The shuttle going to the village can only sit 6 people, a bigger one would help if not, then please have more times on the schedule. We had to wait more than 30 minutes to get a spot upon our return to the hotel.

The food was exceptionally well presented and delicious. The seafood restaurant was a memorable experience .

It's quite difficult to find decent restaurants near the hotel since it is quite far from the city center.

It is located near the beach and far from cities where I can enjoy the sea breeze and solitude

The hotel located in a secluded area, and there are no other restaurants within walking distance. Although the hotel has a shuttle service that runs 6pm-9pm to city center, tired guests may choose the option of eating at the hotel's restaurant. The restaurant offered a wide variety of options and dishes, catering to different tastes and preference. However for our indonesian tongue, the taste is fair.

The hotel is truly exceptional! we were impressed by excellent service and attention to detail. The bedrooms were spotless and comfortable and the AC was strong enough to fit with Lombok's hot weather. It is also provided necessary amenities. We enjoyed the youtube and speaker access, allowing our kid to enjoy multimedia entertainment. When we went to the beach we were delighted to find it was not only clean but also had white sand that resembled the shape of pepper grains. The beach offered stunning sunset view. Moreover, we were fortunate to witness bufallos being herded back. This added a unique element to our visit and provided a glimpse of local life. It was truly sight to behold. The hotel restaurant offer vast selection of food and the restaurant corner wing had children's playground. This greatly assist us with small kid, she enjoyed making necklace accessories with the friendly staff. The hotel also strategically located near the famous Tanjung Aan Beach, Bukit Merese, Mandalika Circuit. Additionally, it was just half an hour away from Lombok International Airport making it a convenient place to stay prior departure from Lombok island.

Beautiful peaceful beach, but not enough access to kuta town. Only 1 complimentary service in evenings. Breakfast was adequate but a slightly wider selection with changes daily would be nice as guest usually stay for 4 days at least. Dinner selection could be improved too

Limited options on activities that can be done around the area. Not much attractions near the hotel.

The hotel’s layout is a little strange, requiring long walks down hallways and (from our room, at least) access to pool and beach area only through the restaurant —a little awkward

Distance from scooter parking to room.

Hotel is relatively new, when we visited it was half empty so there was a lot of privacy. Everything was excellent, the fold amongst the best we had in lombok. Cherry on top was the pillow service - select pillows as you like 24/7!

Amenities. Ok with big spenders for soap, cream etc; though they should care more about what’s inside. The body cream was full with some awkward mass, that was probably dried/expired lotion. They could have made a better design for the trash cans / some details could be better designed, too. There’s no buggy / hotel transport to Kuta, even though it’s not far from hotel. We had to take taxi, which is a combustion-engined car… is it really eco friendly solution, as the resort promoted that concept?

The room is beautiful with a very comfortable bed. Food in breakfast room was delicious. Beautiful, beautiful white sands beach.

The beach had a lot of broken ceramic tiles, and we were disturbed by sellers who kept following us despite us saying no thank you politely. Also our duvet smelt weird, like it was not dried properly

Not a problem, but be aware that hotel is located 5-10mins drive or 25mins walk from Kuta town/beach, which is where the main hub of bars and restaraunt are located. So, hotel is more for calm and relaxation away from that area. Better for couples and families rather than solo travellers. The hotel only provides one shuttle trip per day to Kuta which leaves at 6pm and returns at 9pm. I’m sure it’s based on demand but would have thought there would be more shuttle runs for hotel guests each day with more flexibility. That said, local taxis can be arranged separately.

Top quality 5* hotel with everything you would expect. Great swimming pool and beachfront location. Lots of activities available for kids. Nice gym, comfortable rooms, good Wi-Fi, and friendly staff. Restaurant was very good and had lots of food and drink options. Brand new hotel, so everything is in great condition and it’s a beautiful looking hotel.
