property is extremely poorly maintained. empty water bottles on the beach, cigarette buds near the pool, everything is leaking everywhere, sewage smell in the bathrooms of the room. it looks and feels like abandoned hotel. I went to the balcony of my room and on the first floor there's rubbish laying down also. nobody cares. certainly not even remotely close to 5 star rating. staff is lost most of the time, feels like its a first day of the work for every staff member.

Where to start? The hotel is very close to a racing track. In my room, I heard the racing sounds even with closed balcony door. Not good for people who wants to sleep longer. Bed was hard and got some black dots on it. The water supply wasn't working during my stay. I asked at the reception and they told me the water supply was cut in several rooms for more than one hour. No excuses, no free drink or something for the waiting time. Wow. Water from the shower was floating to the separate toilet. So when sitting on the toilet, you get wet feet. When I was at the breakfast and went from my table to get a new glass of water, on my way back, my dishes which still contained several food, were removed. The beach is a public beach. Local People and children reach out to you and want to sell stuff. Unfortunately they don't accept a no and still go further (nothing I want to blame to hotel for, but just to inform you). One night local people get a visitor tag and sold their stuff directly at hotel property, while also asking: "Hello mister, wanna buy?" sorry, that's nothing you want IN a 5 star hotel (something I blame the hotel for). Last but not least, on my last day at evening/night I got diarrhea and vomit. Probably food poisoning, because on the next morning everything went back to normal. I was only eating at the hotel, because I never left. And 'warm' food at buffet in the morning was most likely cold, but not hot or warm. Service in general was not on 4 or 5 star level. A lot more can be mentioned, but it's already to long. Can these things happen? Yes. Should they happen at a 5 star hotel? Definitely not. All in all it wasn't worth it for that money.

The only good thing: it was clean and had a bathtub

Overpriced, I had to pay 1 million for extra bed coz they can’t provide twin bed! Staff don’t speak good English. Poor service , there was only one large towel in the room and no turn down service. In the room shower fell was empty ! Very slow service at the restaurants and poor English. The beach is not for swimming and the staff there don’t assist to prepare the sun bed for you. Absolutely over priced

This is not 5 star hotel. Customer service wasn’t great, no welcome drink, staff weren’t very accomodating, my dry cleaning was ruined 3 of my items are shrunk and they were brand new. VERY UPSET over this. We asked if we could add breakfast to our room they wouldn’t allow this as we paid on booking.com

There was a mushroom growing on my mirror and they did not even offer to change the room but instead did a 30 min 'deep' cleaning. Finally decided to change our room but made sure to inform us that it was the same room category. The first 5 star hotel with heaps of empty rooms which chose not to upgrade the room as an apology. Front desk service was really bad, no smiles, no friendliness. The hotel at first refused to honour the Booking.com's optional breakfast price and insisted on us paying their higher rate. Tried to hard sell their membership instead. In the end the ala carte menu was more worth it! It just did not feel like a holiday because it was hard to feel happy here. Just did not feel welcome at all. I will not ever come back and will not recommend this hotel at all.

Nothing really. The place was in a lull period and facilities were not well maintained. I think it said 5 star but there was nothing 5 star about it. Not the service, not the facilities, least of all the location. The beach in front was rocky and had dung dotting it...

It was frustrating upon check in that the hotel said they had a cot in the room for us (which was promised via email, and why I had booked the Pullman in the first place because it had a cot) and after no less than 5 phone calls and a few trips in person to the front desk (a few hours in total) we were finally told "sorry, we don't have one available for you tonight, maybe your son could sleep in the bed with you" (a 6 month old). This was unacceptable and we were preparing to check out and asking for a refund when they sent someone to town to get one for us. There was also no apology about the situation with the cot in this whole scenario. It was the same when we requested a new bed sheet because our son had spilled on one and it took 5 hours and multiple calls to get one sent. For a hotel rated as highly as the Pullman, this shouldn't happen. I've stayed in many Pullman hotels before and never had the attitude like we received from the managers at the front desk. On a side note, the pool could have been amazing but the temperature of the water was far too hot, and not pleasant to swim in during the day.

The room itself was great for us as a family. The beds were super comfy. We enjoyed the use of the kids play area and the staff that ran activities for our son, especially Jean, thanks Jean! The staff at breakfast were always great and attentive and the breakfast itself was excellent in terms of what it had on offer. The beach is wide and plenty of space for kids to run around on.

Where to start from. It all started before our trip to Lombok. I had to cancel oue transfer many hours before our arrival as the boat from Bali didnt leave. Ininformed the transfer straight away. I was then sent a message later that as the transfer had already made it to Sengiggi we had to pay the full amount. Please be aware there is nowhere mentioned about any cancellation policy. Worse was what happened to our breakfast oay. They insisted one persons breakfast is 26 euros /52 euros for two person. When i sent screenshots saying that booking.com and accor sitr showing breakfast for two!!! 26 euros they kept pushing that it is wrong. three days of showing screenshots and comparing they finally agreed. However it was such a waste of time as I was already on mu holiday. Very disappointing. Then on our first breakfast my partner got pieces of glass in his mouth (i am glad it was not my 3 year old son). At first we were just said sorry and nothing else. Then later when we spoke to the manager hw apologiesed and got us a complimentary dinner. The location is close to Kuta and Tanjung Aan. However everything you order from the hotel you pay x5 the pay. So we rented a car ourselves and drove around . Lombok and Tanjung Aan is very pretty. Our room was on the first floor and the view was not nice as they were cleaning the pool 😃 They could have located us to the other wing or somewhere but no. Please see the pictures for the amazing view.

Mrs Maya the receptionist during our check in was so resentful when we asked her about Accor points and was not cooperative to help us about transportation to the town and her tune was tough about expenses for every thing once she know that reservation was through booking , on the contrary Mrs adel was so decent and kind during our check out and offer her help and support . WiFi was malfunction and the staff was so relax about it , not showing the professional curtsy to make it up to us even by nice words. We found two lizard inside the room which is normal in other hotels but not Pullman level.

Location was amazing , quite , peaceful with beautiful view , breakfast was superb and restaurant staff are truly amazing team , hotel facilities were good , tidy and organized .

The room was dirty. The staff is not educated and doesn’t understand requests. It was impossible to eat vegan or healthy, service needed to long for everything and we tried two days to book a snorkel tour but the staff answered too slow so that we couldn’t go snorkeling in those two days we had which was a shame. The food doesn’t taste good, the location is quite out and it’s simply not worth the money to book a stay here.
