-the sheets were clean but very stained - this was a shame because the rest of the room was beautiful. -there was a bad smell in the bathroom after using the hose or shower.

loved it , lovely clean fresh room, no damp as I'm here during rainy season, many places I viewed smell damp , but here not, beds lovely pillows lovely, very quiet and tranquil, and price was great. Lovley pool too. I am reluctant to share as its so good , next time it will not have any spaces, books up very quickly as it is.

In the bathroom did not smell great, especially the first night, and the sheets were stained.

The floor and bathroom were very clean, with plenty of hot water and fast Wi-Fi. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the property was easy to find.

The location is not good if you don't ride a bike. They change towels every day, which feels a bit wasteful, but it's probably not a bad thing for most of people.

Friendly host. Everyday room service. It has a pool. Rooms have decent privacy. More calm location further from the center, so not much of a traffic noise.

The pool water was either too chlorinated or too dirty. The neighbourhood was a bit on the quiet side and there weren’t many bar options within a short walk.

The breakfast was decent. The room was very comfortable. The location was walking distance to the town centre and to local cafes. Great value for money.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Nice staff, the rooms are recent, clean and very spacious. Aircon is quiet, location is good, the value for money can not be beaten.

Towels should be changed, they are all old and stained. It's a recurrent problem in Bali because of the humidity, all hotels have towels (coloured, never white towels, which I believe is exactly because of the humidity problem, they get stained too often) that do not look very clean.

Things to improve: Pool could be cleaner, Kitchen could be better, Better drainage system for the shower (toilet flooded when I used it).

I was meant to stay 5 days and stayed 1 month. That speaks for itself. The staff are great, clean the room every day.

Maybe the fridge is a bit too noisy at night.

The hotel Is located just out of Ubud, in a green area with rice fields and palm trees. The garden looks lovely with its pool and plants and the room is nice and cozy. Also the bathroom looks good.

The air-condition was extremely noisy. The bed was harder than the average bed around the area and I did not find it comfortable. Two liquid soaps in the shower, not sure which of those was shampoo and which was body soap as there was no sign on it

I have stayed at this property numerous times as I love the big rooms and comfy bed. It is always clean and has a shared kitchen. Pool is great for a dip and sit in the sun.

I liked everything.

I love the pool and how quiet the location is. We had our room on the top floor with a spacious balcony, which felt very private. The host and other member are super nice. We managed to rent a bike from them too which is super convenient.

Great hosts, very small Guesthosue, they helped with everything- scooter rental, laundry, ... and didn't charged anything for that.
