The only table/desk was outside which was lovely most of the time but some mornings the sun was too hot to sit out there for long.

The staff were so helpful and took the time to get to know you and remember you. Nothing was a problem. They were quick with room service and anything else I needed. The location is very quiet and away from the busy streets.

Great location - away from the busy streets of Ubud centre but close enough (15 mins by grab) to commute with ease. The staff were wonderful - very attentive and personable. The facilities are great too - rooms are cleaned daily, breakfast can be requested to arrive to your balcony at a specific time and free yoga sessions are available if you ask a day in advance.

The property was located out of town and in a peaceful location and surrounded by lovely eateries although close to town via a short taxi ride.

My room was exceptional, so peaceful and private. I had such a relaxing stay. The room was clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The staff were so helpful and kind. Food was great, service was exceptional, not to mention the in room massage was to die for! The villas are in a perfect spot, only a short drive out of the hustle and bustle of the main town, so you have the feeling of peaceful isolation without being too far from it all. The regular free shuttle was so convenient. Even the quality of the restaurants and small convince store nearby made it hard to leave a 3km radius! Genuinely so sad to leave!

The hotel staff were amazing! They couldn't do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble. The staff were super helpful with local knowledge. The resort food was beautiful and well priced. There are great and useful facilities close by, money exchange, coffee, Circle K, Warongs, etc.

Very clean and beautiful villa with everything we needed. Staff was so kind and helpful , made us feel like family. Very attentive and always available for our every need. Truly exceptional management and staff. Convenient location on quiet and walkable road with plenty of amenities . Room service menu had great selection, reasonably priced and great quality food. Spa services were exceptional. Our top stay in Bali. Would definitely stay again.

The only thing, but is not their fault, is that they are in Ubud, meaning at least one long hour from the airport or 2 hours from the temple in Depansar. Once again, not their problem, is that Bali has a very bad traffic, so when you stay here... just plan activities with time and patience. Saying that, there are also a LOT of good activities to do towards the north of the island, and for these activities, the hotel is very well located :)

Outstanding! The people are extremely nice and helpful. The facilities are clean, with a lot of light, also very peaceful! My room for example even has a meditation area! But what I want to show the most is their supportiveness and willing to accomodate. The last day of my travel I was in another island and due to a problem I couldnt come back to Bali. The hotel was super helpful extending my booking and then, once I could arrive, I had very limited time to go there to pick my bags and back to the airport. This was no problem, they help me organizing my bags in a video call, and also sent them to the airport so I pick them there. Super helpful. Finally, for all the services they provide, the price is excellent.

The staff were wonderful. The bed was comfortable and everything was considered for the guest’s comfort and convenience. I appreciate all the little touches including shuttle for guests into town, mosquito spray, extra water bottles and breakfast served in the rooms.

The villa was spacious and had everything we needed, with a lot of attention to small details. the location of the hotel was perfect for us, a little bit outside of the hustle, but still close enough to get everywhere we needed. What truly sets this place apart though are the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and made us feel right at home.

Simply loved this place! I didn’t want to leave this place, I actually extended an extra night because I loved the vibe, comfort and peacefulness of this place. The staff was exceptional, they would receive us from our taxi every single time we came back from anywhere around. They would keep checking on us in case we needed anything, they also guided so well for the activities. Yannik & Mirah were so great at Purana, Yannik came to the airport himself to receive us and took us to the best places to get our sim cards and money exchange and made sure we don’t overcharged for anything. I would definitely come back to this place over and over again, everything was just perfect! Can’t thank Mirah enough for making sure we were comfortable at all times!
