Nothing! It was the perfect place to stay in Ubud.

The room was very spacious, the food was delicious (so many options for the included breakfast, including for vegans and vegetarians - American, European, Indonesian and Indian and possible to mix and match). The staff were amazing and always so helpful. The location is near enough to the main street in Bali (25 minute walk or a very quick/cheap taxi) but far enough away to be a bit quieter. There are also lots of restaurants and cafes and the monkey forest a few minutes away. We loved being able to come out of our room straight into the pool, but any room would be lovely here. The free yoga on certain days and spa treatments were also great.

Nitpicking here, but there is a small wooden block at the toilet that says dear customer perhaps should change it as dear guest as customer do not do justice to how wonderful the entire staff treat us. Again, this is just nitpicking.

This place is lovely , the service is exemplary as everyone from the front desk ladies ever so helpful, bar staff, cleaners were all very courteous and polite. The facilities are nice and as it was for my wife's birthday they had a little surprise cake as well as the candle light dinner in our package. Mr Wahtu was very friendly and hospital to me and my wife attended to us as well ensuring everything was fine. I would love to thank the entire team for making our stay memorable. As for transport the hotel has its own shuttle service which is good. The driver Mr Denik was patient to wait at the airport forawhile longer then usual due to issue with the baggage caroursell and immigration que. This place also has an amazing pool and great landscaping as there is a seamless blend between traditional architecture and nature while having your modern facilities. This is a great place hence me and my wife has been here multiple times.

The perfect place to stay in Ubud. Incredible beds and breakfast and close to all the points of interest by walk or with the hotel shuttle. All the staff was so nice and helpful. A driver was waiting for us at the airport. We also want to mention Gali who drived us for a super price to our next hotel in munduck and provided us an unforgettable journey ( wonderful stops, and places worth seeing, bottles of water and cold towels to refresh all the family) merci à tous 🫶🏼

This hotel was AMAZING. We stayed 5 nights and didn’t want to leave. Everything was wonderful, the room, facilities, breakfasts and the staff. The staff was so kind and helpful, they went above and beyond to really made our stay enjoyable. The pool area is perfect for relaxing and getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The morning yoga was also enjoyable. The breakfast and afternoon tea delivered to the room was a nice luxury!

The best hotel of our entire stay in Bali! we stayed for three nights and absolutely loved everything. The room is spacious, the location is great to visit Ubud. Special mention for the staff, everyone was very friendly and always willing to help. Wonderful breakfast with a lot of choices. We took the private cooking class it was one of our best memories in Bali, we even had the chance to go to the morning market with the chef, such a great experience! 100% recommended

Staff was top-notch and took care of us during our stay. They asked us what our literary was, and we let them know we were going to Mt Batur the day after. We came back after a long day of activities with a bottle of mosquito spray. Of all the places we stayed in. We wished we had stayed here longer. The distance is a fair bit away from the centre, which is the best part, as there's less street noise. You can request to take the shuttle in, and the driver is very friendly and kind. Definitely try out the massages and food. You won't regret it!

A bit noisy being on a busy road although our room at the back could not hear the road noise. Guests, need to be reminded of being quiet after certain time at night as other guests are asleep.

The staff were amazing. Very welcoming and friendly. The facilities were perfect and always clean. The location was very central and had a lot of nice restaurants only walking distance away. There was a pharmacy across the street aswell which was very helpful.

The only down side is that it’s close to center of Ubud, so if you’re sensitive to noise then you might wake up earlier in the morning lol

The staffs are so so so nice! The hotel is very beautiful, their villa room is exceptional and even more beautiful than the picture shows. Breakfast is also nice, you can choose whatever you like on the menu. We stayed for 2 nights and tried them all. None of them were just so-so, everything is good and worth a try.

What an experience, the only place to stay when in UBUD Bali. Such an excellent stay, with the service, rooms, cleanliness and location everything just exceeded itself. Every member of the team was excellent, but a special shout out to Manik as it felt like we were home every time we entered the hotel. Highly recommended Purana Suite 😊

The hotel is so close to restaurants and monkey forest. We had a problem about our room but staff is changed our room and offer us new opportunities. The staff are kind, friendly and respectful. Spa massage was amazing! We really enjoyed reading the bed time story before sleeping. Thank you for everyting!
