the hotel is very convenient, great restaurants around… the rooms are comfortable, clean, tidy and big bathrooms. we were meant to be at Purana for the first 3 nights and we ended extending or holidays to enjoy 5 more nights at purana. all the people are excepcional.. very helpful and they took a lot of care of us. breakfast is so delicious and many varieties. without doubt if we come back to Bali for sure we are gonna stay at Purana again.

Motorcycle noise from the street can be heard. But it’ll be the same everywhere else in ubud as it’s popularity soar.

Room service is exceptional. Staffs are always ready to help and guide. Everything will be served to you with a simple phone call. You can have your zenful eating experience on the balcony or at the restaurant. I’ve never had more tender BBQ pork before.

My room was absolutely clean, spacious and very comfortable. From the moment we entered to the time we left the staff were extremely kind and attentive. we enjoyed activities such as yoga, massages and an Indonesian cooking class by a very patient chef Yande . There were times where we overslept and reception would notice we did not have breakfast and call to check if we would like breakfast served in our room. The daily turndown service with a new story provided to us daily was a nice touch. There is a motorcycle hire across the road and many restaurants around the area. Wah tu, Agus and Suas provided excellent service during our stay. I can truly say by far this was my best stay in Bali! I was so relaxed and comfortable that I found it difficult to leave the hotel and explore.

Nothing to dislike

The rooms were large and well equipped. The staff were exceptional. This is a 4 star hotel where you get 5 star treatment. Everyone is helpful and kind and always smiling and we were made to feel at home. We had a very comfortable stay. Had excellent treatment at the spa and felt very pampered. The food is also very good and we were well looked after for breakfast by Agus , Putra. Citra and the others. Apologies did not get everyones names but they all deserve a bonus !!! The front of staff all were so helpful Kudat and team . The staff create a calm and warm atmosphere. Thank you for an excellent stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is a 25 min walk from the center but there are still nearby restaurants you can enjoy. The biggest downside of the hotel was the variety of the breakfast options and the kitchen in general could be improved.

The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very clean. The pool area was an amazing escape in Ubud. The best part about this property is definetely the staff and the service.

Was a bit weird to order breakfast night before, as you might change your mind in the morning and have something different. But it’s no big deal, just a personal preference

Spacious room with all amenities you could need for your stay. Lovely pool with sunbeds and towels. We also enjoyed complimentary afternoon coffee and tea with some balinese desserts! And ofcourse, perfect location, lots of places for food and shopping

Everything was perfect. - The staff were the most professional and kindest staff I have ever met in a hotel. They always went above and beyond and very friendly and smiling. - The rooms were outstanding. So clean and comfortable. The bathroom had an excellent, powerful shower and the bed was very company. - The pool area was so calm and relaxing. Pool very clean and good area to catch sun in the afternoon. - The food was great. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner and all was great. Good room service, very efficient. - The spa was wonderful. The staff who worked here went above and beyond and opened the spa early for me before I left on the last day. My nails and massage were great. Perfect stay for our honeymoon.
