The three hour drive was a little isolated for us, no other restaurants or activities around. beach was black sand and not very accessible. Restaurant staff were a little distant and we had some language difficulties. Found the ocean very loud at night and required the supplied earplugs.

The rooms, pool, garden and restaurant were all in a lovely tranquil setting. Breakfast was very good with fresh juices, tropical platters and great Nasi Goreng. Food choices for dinner were good and varied.

Nothing at all - the place is perfect. It’s a true getaway! Just bear in mind the place is somewhat remote but the place is so well facilitated you won’t really want to leave (other than maybe to see those aforementioned turtles!).

We loved everything about this place! A true hidden gem, away from the bustling crowds and traffic of Kuta, Seminyak etc. From the beautifully designed rooms and external luxury bathrooms, to the two amazing pools (completely with slide and jacuzzi), the two fantastic restaurants, live entertainment, activities (including yoga, surf lessons and open sea boat fishing) and relaxing spa, the place can simply not be faulted! We also had a great day with one of the hotel guides and car service that gave us an unforgettable experience of seeing and releasing baby turtles on the beach! Last but not least, we loved the eco-friendly vibe of the place. You can see there is a genuine effort to minimise single-use plastics, electricity etc

I think given that the resort is quite remote it would have been nice to be greeted more personally at breakfast ,lunch and dinner as you are seeing the same faces each time. Our experience overall in the restaurant was quite impersonal which surprised us and a bit more training would help. The spa could also be made to be more special. Perhaps a nice uniform, friendly welcome and quality treatment.

The gardens and pools are fabulous. We got to sit back and watch the most amazing sunsets. Our suite was perfect for our family and even had a full size fridge. We had a look around and there is a great choice of rooms/villas to suit everyone. My husband loved his ride on the Scoopy. Wonderful location to relax for a few days and explore beautiful West Bali. Front desk staff lovely.

The meals were on the whole very good. The ala carte breakfasts were excellent. The buffet breakfast could be improved.

Nothing, it was heavenly!

Absolutely everything was amazing we loved every minute. So much to recommend about Puri Dajuma, gardens, pools, facilities, special entertainment and meals, surfboard hire, fabulous food and we loved our villa. The icing on the cake was the staff. Exceptional service from all the staff, always greeting and smiling. Thank you we would love to return!

Only complaint rather isolated - but this was known before we booked - shuttle available for nearby trips.

Staff were wonderful, cheerful, caring and lovely sense of humour. Resort style grounds - with 2 good sized swimming pools.

Evening entertainment was very limited, could have had a singer or something in the other bars such as a guitar player to bring some life to a few more evenings. Strange to say but they probably need more cottages to have a few more guests around. Need to clarify on menu when burger and steak are not beef meat but pork or chicken which was expected when ordered but both cooked great. However, this is a great place and we loved it.

Pools, lake pool is amazing, staff (thanks Hendra) and local community involvement and benefit seems good, restaurant food variety, restaurants, rooms are stunning both beds and bathrooms , food and drinks are well priced which is good as no real options outside so that is good, a few activities to do (billiards, yoga, ping pong, badminton, surfing, spa) good driver day rates for trips, the one evening jegog and dance was great, a very relaxing place in a stunning location near a remote beach. Great staff to guest ratio.

Perfect place to relax. Tranquil, Beautiful gardens, spacious and comfortable villa, high quality and standard of food, restaurant & staff service was exceptional. Spa program is diverse, professional and along with the ambience, the massages were very relaxing and did wonders on the body.
