The property is dated and probably needs a good renovation.

The location is good, it’s central to areas we wanted go to. The availability of the interconnecting rooms for our family of four. The staff are lovely and very accommodating.

Bathroom very smelly. Pool needs to be cleaned properly eg vaccumed and chorinated correctly There are always many mosquitoes in the rooms I have stayed here over 10 times now. It easier to buy mosquito spray yourself location is good.

The 2 bedroom villa was on seperate floors. Considering we had a 2, 3, and 5 year old this didn't work so we had to shove a bed to the bottom floor and practically didn't use the top room. Be wary when booking.

Had a great time, staff were lovely. Pool was clean and well kept. gardens were maintained. Rooms were done every morning. Breakfast bruschetta was always amazing and fresh popia and watermelon. Only about 10 mins from the main strip, well within walking distances to most places.

villa had no cooking facilities. poor water pressure in showers and air-conditioners struggled to keep rooms continuously cool.

Simple villa's with all basic amenities. Basic food for buffet breakfast. staff were friendly and happy to help. We paid around $30aus pp/day - so good value for money

Our room for a couple was great. It was big and nicely set out, the bed was very comfortable. The location was really good. Short walk to shops, food, laundry and the beach. Breakfast was OK, plenty to eat.

The 3 flights of stairs to our room. The 2 bedroom family villa was 2 separate villas. Not suitable for a family with young kids.

Location was great. Short walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants, shops and laundries nearby. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Lovely gardens and pool. Food and drinks available near the pool. Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was plentiful with several choices. Good value for the price.

There was a leak on the floor around the toilet. A couple of hand towels in our room would’ve been nice. I borrowed a hair dryer at the reception desk, but there was no heat in the appliance, just cool air. When checking out the young man at the desk took a while to do this and in addition before letting us go he had to send someone to our villa to check it first before letting us go. This has never happened before to us at our previous stays there, we were a little put out by this

Plumbing system need urgent TLC. Fresh towels every day would be much appreciated.

Friendly staff. Old money build this old hotel with old architecture. This old style hotel is getting harder and harder to find in Bali. New Money build a new crampy hotels and charge you arms and legs to stay. Street food stalls is literally just outside the gate.

The upstairs of the family villa had a bad odour and due to this the toilet/bathroom was unusable. There were also a lot of ants 🐜
