I'm very satisfied with the experience in Puri. .The staff Sri is very passionate and kind, she takes care of me very well. One uncle staff who is sweep the ground say hello in Chinese to me everyday and also gave me a little flower. The room is clean and the width of the bed is very long. Events and activities are rich and interesting.

The daily yoga class every morning is great but it would have been better suited to having it later in the morning e.g 8am/9am as getting up before 7am to do a yoga class is hard work while you're on holiday mode.

The atmosphere at puri gardens is great for solo travellers everyone is very friendly and eager to meet other travellers. The staff have great English speaking skills which makes it easy to communicate about the hotel amenities, local area and onward travel. The day trip was an amazing experience while I stayed at puri and the activities put on by the hostel are great for solo travellers to meet others.

The room had some mosquitos - my only complaint! A net or some spray in rooms might help

First hostel in years and so glad I chose here! Chilled atmosphere but easy to meet people thanks to the hotels acitivies. Special shout to Sri who constantly tried to get people involved! Loved the hammocks, morning yoga and daily free massages

I think I got food poisoning from the sandwich here. It’s all I ate all day and then was throwing up all night. Staff didn’t really care about that when I was asking for help as thought I would pass out.

It’s a lovely hostel! Very pretty and social enough. Cafe is lovely too. Free massage and mani pedi everyday, although slotted get booked up. Wayan is an angel 🥹

Wi-Fi signal was weak in some corners of the property, and hot water in the shower took a moment to stabilize， but not a big deal！

The room design was tasteful and impeccably clean, blending modern comforts with local charm. Staff were exceptionally warm and attentive—special thanks to Sri. The lush garden and pool created a serene oasis, and breakfast was a delightful mix of local flavors and fresh ingredients.

I found it strange that you could not lock the door to the room. Breakfast could have been bigger with more options. The bathroom should have more towel nobs for everyone and also something to put your clothes, instead on the bathroom floor when taking a shower.

The shared dorm had big comfortable beds with curtains. The lockers were big enough to put everything inside. Everyone had their own shelf next to the sink to put toiletries. Free morning yoga was lovely and free massage and manicure were a nice add. I loved that you could refill your water bottle in the common area. Nice relaxed hostel vibe. It was quiet to get a good sleep.

The hostel is lovely, very clean and looked after. The dormitories are big enough and the beds themselves are huge and super comfy! All the staff members were lovely and kind and I loved the morning yoga!

The included services like massage and manicure looked really nice however it was difficult to book in if you had other things scheduled. Many more appointments but understand this may be difficult

Went here off a recommendation from a friend, Puri didn't disappoint. It's the place to go to be social, made lots of new connections and had a lot of fun. The four bed doom with its own bathroom so comfy and clean and the air con made it easy to sleep. Absolutely amazing breakfast, free water and massages. Lots of activities going on at night time, have fun if you go :)

The best hostel I’ve ever stayed in! My second time staying here and all the staff remembered me from the first time! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, especially Sri and Wisnu. The owner Jack is so involved with everyone it’s really nice to see. The massages are the best and the restaurant serves the nicest food and has the nicest staff aswell. Everyone in this hostel is really social and the events on the evenings are fun. Cannot fault this hostel at all.
