Everything about this place is great. The staff are welcoming and happy to help in anyway. There’s good events going on, lively atmosphere and great breakfast options to choose from. The beds are so comfy and private. Barely feels like a hostel.

Only downside was that I had to walk down quite a steep set of stairs to get to the bathroom, which for midnight bathroom visits is not ideal

A bathmat in the bathroom would have been nice, because there wasn’t a door to the shower so the floor was always wet. We also thought the price was a bit high for a shared room, probably because the hostel offers a lot of activities and free massages/ pedicures/ manicures, but we didn’t stay long enough to try anything out (which isn’t the hostels fault). So if you stay here, be sure to make use of what the hostel offers so the price is worth it!

The hostel is beautiful and the staff are very kind and helpful! The free breakfast was really good and I loved the option to choose from 4 different dishes (when we were there it was Omelette, Pancakes, Granola and a fruit bowl). The rooms were well equipped, I especially loved the different baskets for toiletries so every person in the room can store their things separately and there is no clutter by the sink! Overall it was clean, comfortable and the staff definitely makes you feel welcome. :-)

I really loved my experience but if I had to pick something I would say the glass frosted doors for shower/toilet were a little bit awkward especially since it is a mixed space. Can still see people through but not clearly.

it is a social hostel so be prepared for loud nights and bring ear plugs or noise canceling headphones

this was my first hostel stay and i think it will probably be the best. the staff is very helpful and accommodating and the guests who stay there are very friendly. they offer a lot of activities within the hostel and will also help book day trips around the area. the rooms were clean and spacious and the restaurant attached had good food and drinks. i would recommend this hostel to anyone

The staff were excellent and friendly. The free yoga classes and free manicures and pedicures were a lovely extra we were able to enjoy each day. The rooms were clean spacious and the beds were large and very comfortable. The pool area had a lovely social yet chill atmosphere that was easy to relax in.

Everything honestly! Everyone was so lovely, there was always something going on, people to chat to & the vibe was exactly what I needed - social, but also really relaxed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff were so helpful and welcoming - would definitely recommend.

The only thing is that it's pricey for Ubud, the bathroom is outside the room and you could see the shadow of the person inside the cabin which I found a little bit strange 😅 It was always clean and I never had to line up. For me it was ok and it wouldn't change my decision to stay in this hostel because of it, but maybe it's something you might want to consider.

The hostel is amazing, definitely recommended for solo travelers. They have activities everyday and the environment is cool. Recommend.

Amazing facilities with very comfortable and clean shared rooms. The staff is so friendly and helpful and there are many organized day trips and activities in the hostel! The breakfast is amazing and the coffee also has a lot of great variety. You can get the food and drinks by the pool which is great!

Honestly can’t fault this place

Loved everything about this place!! Could not recommend it enough. The atmosphere is incredible. Perfect place to come if solo travelling (or even if travelling with a couple friends!). It’s super social in a chill way - not very party party, quiet by 10/10:30 every night. Made lots of amazing friends while staying here. Wisnu is the most welcoming host ever - such a fun guy and so so kind along with the rest of the Puri Garden team! Day trip on offer was incredible and the Mt Batur hike is a MUST. Stayed for 4 nights and that wasn’t enough!! Lots of the people I met wanted to extend their stay as well.

I had the best time at Puri Garden! The hostel itself is beautiful and is kept very clean. The staff are so friendly - Wisnu is a great host for the hostel and makes everyone feel welcome!
