We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We loved our stay here. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful heritage palace buildings and gardens within the place. I enjoyed watching the little birds in the trees, had a good night's sleep with comfortable pillows and bed. We also did a private water blessing which was really nice. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the bustling streets of Ubud but you felt like you were hidden within the palace with not really any outside night noise. Thank you we will come again :)

The palace itself is a stunning representation of Balinese culture, with intricate architecture and a deep sense of history. Every detail, from the beautifully carved interiors to the excellent Balinese cuisine, added to the enchanting experience. The hospitality was exceptional—attentive, warm, and welcoming. The service exceeded our expectations, making us feel both comfortable and immersed in the local traditions. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic cultural experience in Ubud. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special!

United StatesLooking for authenticity in the heart of Ubud it really doesn't get better. This is part of the Ubud Palace. The grounds are exceptional, the staff is caring and focused on ensuring your stay is exceptional. I was there during their soft opening and they already had their food and beverage and hospitality team on point. Beautiful, authentic gem. Once this property has more awareness you'll never get a room! Walk right out of the gate into the heart of Ubud and if you're fortunate you may even meet the queen. Exceptional
