This is a nice hotel right on the harbor ..that being said the area is busy and full of tourists as its a port..but it is only a walk to Blue Lagoon which i really liked. Rooms were very nice! Wifi is spotty

Super friendly staff, they sung me happy birthday. Right across from the shore front and ferry terminal. Clean and simple. Ideal for overnight stay when you're catching ferry to Gilli the next day. Restaurant adjacent and they let us take cocktails from there into the pool. Staff even drove me to the cash machine to get money. Close walk to the ocean and coffee shops. Great value.

We don’t usually eat at hotels, but as most people using this hotel will be like us on a stopover to the Gili’s we did for ease and it was actually really good. Great easy clean place with kids.

The rooms are really spacious. The property is scenic and the location is spot on. The staff is very welcoming and very helpful. They also guided us to book the best and comfortable fast boat for our other location. Very near to the Padang Bai harbour.

We asked if we could buy a takeway sandwich for the ferry, the waitress said yes, told us the price but then after taking with the kitchen staff, said we could no longer buy it but gave no reason.
