There could be new chairs to sit in around the pool area . They were very uncomfortable. Not safe to sit in and not clean. The towels could be better both the pool towels and the bathroom towels are old and not very clean . Sorry to complain

Location, location! The pool area was fab! Back rooms were quiet, great balcony’s and good aircon. Fabulous staff, good Brekky. This is good value, budget accommodation. If you are expecting champagne quality on your beer budget this place might not be for you. Rooms at back are best. If not happy ask to move, some rooms are better than others.

TThe staff was welcoming and helpful. The upstairs room had a balcony. It was clean. The breakfast was sufficient. The WIFI was just okay. There were restaurants nearby and the shopping center was walking distance. The beach is close but you have to walk way around to get there.

We traveled with our 9 month old boy. We got a great room that was on the ground floor and near to the pool so we could enjoy the pool while he slept inside the room with a baby monitor. We got a great crib for him with a mosquito net. And overall the stay there was great! Great location as well, near to the beach and supermarkets. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

More sunbeds please. Please fix the broken tiles in the pool stairs as I let my footing and could have been quite injured.

The room was adequate. The property very picturesque and the gardens lovely. The people were friendly and kind. The breakfast was large and tasty. Very quiet considering it is so well situated on a Main Street. Close to everything.

More attention and effort needs to be put into the cleanliness of the place. Grubby looking fabric on the pool loungers, grime build up in the grout and corners of the shower, greying towels, etc

The first "superior double" (corner) room we had was dark, with only two narrow darkened glass panels. There was no functioning hot water in the shower.

The staff, the pool, the breakfast and the location. The room we upgraded to for an additional $15.00 per night with the large balcony and dressing room.

Very minor details . Our front door didn’t close fully so mosquitoes could enter . We put a sarong over it ! Bathroom door hard to shut and toilet not fully stable .

Small things really like the bath towels are old but functional and some cracked pool tiles. Only reason I didn’t give a 10.

We had a fabulous stay at the Puri Sading. The staff made the stay extra special. They greeted everyone like family and the service was outstanding. Lovely old style Balinese hotel in a fabulous location surrounded by fantastic restaurants and a short 10 minute walk to the beach through Icon Mall. I don’t often stay in the same place twice but I’m booked in again next year.

The bathroom and could do with more shade around the pool area (where breakfast is served).

Small older style. Selected hotel due to location opposite a resort friends were staying in. Bed was huge and comfortable. I loved the simple breakfast choices - it was cooked fresh and to your liking. Fresh pineapple juice amazing. Didn’t spend much time in property other than to rest my head. Def could do with a freshen up in bathrooms especially. Restaurant renovations still a long way from being completed.

unfortunately the restaurant renovations are still happening so could not enjoy that area or a full menu.

Nice small hotel in original bali style. We had a deluxe gardenview room which was big with a shaded patio on the ground floor. The pool view deluxe rooms cop alot of sun & looked hot! All the garden view rooms look over basically a small grass/garden with a path to other rooms. There's no privacy as you look at each other both ground floor & upstairs. The breakfast is served around the pool while the ongoing restauant reno's are happening. Great breakfast of eggs, 1 stripe of bacon, cereal, fruit, toast & coffee, tea, juice. Staff are lovely. Handy to lots of nice bars, warungs.

There are a couple of things that need attention, such as the pool cushions need cleaning or replacing.

The hotel is in a good location. The rooms are comfortable. The staff are warm and really helpful. They made us feel very welcome.
