In the restaurant service was always very slow

Here is the best place we ever stayed in Bali. They have big rooms and quality amenities very useful pool and pool area. They are also providing two different bathroom in the rooms. After first morning we have talked with their chef about to changing our continental breakfast and chefs accepted it to make us happy. They really tried for our comfort and preparing what we requested. Their hotel area also very big, you are feeling that you are entering a special place not only a resort If you find a empty villa so dont choose any other alternative and keep it I also need to talk about their staff, especially their chefs ( their name same and start with S but i dont remember now) were great they did everything for us. Other staff was also very polite and helpful we love them so much

- Food in the restaurant is not at 5 star hotel level. More like what I would expect in a 3 star. It has to be drastically improved. We tried local dishes and they were poorly made. Food is the only downside of our stay. If they manage to improve food, this can easily become one of the best resorts in all of Bali.

- Awesome architecture - Super clean room (to be improved the sealing of the door to avoid small insects to come in, but considering the hotel is in the middle of the forest the staff does an amazing job of keeping animals outside the bedroom) - Super helpful staff (shoutout to our very helpful and kind butler Dwipa!!) - Very nice breakfast (done well and not provided as buffet, very nice!)

The location was perfect for a base to explore northern Ubud. The facilities were exceptional meaning it was difficult to want to go out and explore Ubud! The staff were so welcoming and professional. Nothing was too much trouble.

It’s just wonderful, although pricey for what it is, specially since it’s not with all-inclusive meals. Scenery is superb which is the reason most of guests come, but sometimes it’s ruined by the smokes smell coming from fires they lit in the woods in front of the rooms, just ruins your mood. Food is alright, but not great, huge potential for improvement. Some cutlery (spoons forks glasses etc) came with very bad smell, I assume they didn’t clean it thorougy. Daily room cleaning is mandatory which sometimes is not necessary or you’re not in the mood for but they keep coming to do constantly. They have free shuttle to the downtown at specific times (round trips) which is nice honestly. Staff are very welcoming and they give you VIP treatment which is nice. They have carts that will transport you back and forth from your villa to the reception. They surprised us with a huge deposit amount that we were not told about when we booked, nor when we messaged them before our check-in, which is not very nice, it was about 3.5 million IDR (around 220 US dollars), after your check out they will pay you back to your CC which takes 2 weeks which is not convenient. There is not much to do out of your villa, only restaurant and spa, so you have to go the downtown or order food thru gojek app and they will deliver it to your villa or order grab to go somewhere else (waterfalls etc) which they don’t allow to the reception but rather stop at the security gate but they will transport you there by their carts. Speaking of the spa, they gave us complementary 60 minutes massage voucher for each of us plus 35 minutes foot massage voucher for each person. Free breakfast were included in our reservation but in their restaurant only, so if you wanted it to be delivered to your room you will pay around 91,000 IDR. They gave us one complementary breakfast-over-the-pool arrangement. Food prices are high compared to the quality/portions.

Hotel should think to invest in better mattress, pillows and covers.

We stayed in Puri Wulandari for 7 nights and enjoyed every second spend here. From the first contact with reception to the check out everything was exceptional and surreal. Various choices of breakfasts with possibilities to enjoy in floating breakfast in your own pool. We also enjoyed in variety of fresh squeezed juices. Spa center with variety of massage and treatments makes you feel relaxed and prepare to enjoy for the rest of your stay. We loved their eggs benedict, fruit platters for breakfast, together with banana french toast. Whole resort is very clean and staff is doing everything to keep it like that. Resort is safe and security checks every entrance and exit which gives you another dose of comfort. Staff is cleaning your room twice per day, giving you enough bottled water so you don’t need to think about it if you will have enough for drinks and brushing your teeth. Everyone working in the resort is very friendly and always on your disposal. Room service is very well organised and fast.

The food it wasn't the best.

I usually don't do reviews. But this place (and the amazing people that work there deserve every word of it) That was my best stay in Asia! Everything about the hotel brings the peaceful and "Nature Connection" vibe. The hotel is situated about 15 min from UBUD Downtown. I wouldn't recommend stay in the city. Too busy - overly crowded and a lot a traffic but the experience totally worth it even staying a little be away... I was picked up in Sanur Harbour (coming from Nusa Penida). Our transfer driver was really nice. His name is Wid. He stayed with us for the week and showed us the most interesting points arround Bali/Ubud. When we got at the hotel we were received with so much love and care. We had so much attention and it lasted for the whole stay. Our butler Ruddy was the best one. Always gentle, respectful and really helpful.  Also Addi, the front desk gentleman gave us full attention, that sense of exclusively VIP Treatment. He was very attending for all off our requests. The whole crew provided heir best service ever. The have pureness in their heart. You're not going to regret choosing this hotel. The food (lunch and dinner) was the weakest point. Maybe it was our taste. Breakfast was OK. But again, we are very picky peole. Great view on the private villas. Infinite pool, forest view, floating breakfast, monkey caming to visit us on our last day. Really cute! The Spa experience was also super good! I totally recommend this place.  If you like nature, exclusivity and happy people you should stay in this place for at least 3 nights. We stayed for 7 nights. The only downside was the bed was quite hard. Now there are those who like this, which is fine, but I have bursitis in both hips, and it was a little on the painful side. My husband also struggled a little, and normally he sleeps through anything. We are in the process of how to work this out for next year’s trip.

The location looking over the jungle covered mountains was divine. The staff were knowledgeable about their guests and their likes and dislikes, and genuinely cared about our stay. Our butler was there 24/7 for anything we might’ve required, and the little cakes they brought us everyday, were a hit! The food at the two restaurants, the in room meals and massage, I could go on and on! Even our local driver ( who was not affiliated) said we stayed at the best place on Bali!

I don't understand from the busniess point of view why they charge extra for a cappuccino (not included in the the breakfast）given I paid $600 Australian dollar per night.

Best staff. Great view of ayung valley. The spa experience was superior to most enternal spas. Did not see many insects as some other customers complained, or I would say it's much better than what I expected living in the juggle.

Very nice hotel, this is our second stay in this hotel, we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel, everything was perfect, the staff are very friendly and very helpful, they prepared the room well and sprayed the whole room to prevent insects from entering and it helped a lot. The spa was amazing, and the staff there were skilled. I advise anyone who visits the hotel to try a massage there.

5 star experience all the way. Villas are great. View from private pool over the valley and jungle is amaizing. Big infinity pool and restaurat views are amaizing too. You can even see Mt Batur in a sunny day. Very clean. Bathroom with big tub, bedroom all comes with view over the valley and jungle. Very private and great intimacy! Separate outside shower full of plants. Food was great too. All staff very nice, attentive and very helpfull!
