Everything was spot-on.

Our stay at Puspa Ayu Villas and aprtments was truly exceptional. Upon arrival, we were greeted with amiable smiles, and exceptionally attentive hosts. The villa is situated close to south Kuta beach, just across mall Discovery, close to the most fun of the streets in Kuta with all the restaurants and shops needed. We particularly appreciated the daily cleaning service, the well-stocked refrigerator, and the accessibility of laundry facilities. The pool was generously sized, and the high-speed Wi-Fi further enhanced our comfort. We extend our sincere gratitude to the entire team and especially Maria Lucia for their hospitality and support throughout our stay. We would undoubtedly return whenever our schedules permit.

We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment with teenage granddaughter and it was amazing My only issue was chairs on balcony for me as an older senior were difficult to get in and out of I would love inside lounge type chair to watch television rather than sitting on bed as there is so much space in room None of this is a criticism as we loved our stay and have already booked to return

Breakfast is not included in price but the onsite restaurant is very good food and very affordable price We actually had both breakfast and dinner there

Everything! Little Oasis in the middle of a chaotic kuta. The food in Harlow restaurant was absolutely amazing. Staff were all so so friendly to me and my son. I felt safe.

Booked this place as we were travelling from Adelaide to Bali to pick up a connecting flight and needed somewhere to use as a base for just a few hours. It was excellent cost wise and as such I wasn’t expecting much but very pleasantly surprised!! Lovely pool. Grounds looked amazing, there were stairs which I wasn’t expecting but manageable and the room was very well set up with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the pool. As our flight times were a bit weird I booked 2 nights for a room to share when in actual fact we were only there about 6 hours but check in times meant we’d have had to wait hours before getting into the room which defeats the objective- even though booked 2 nights was still very good value for money. Had a bar and communal seating area too which was good. It’s not a large place but certainly exceeded my expectations. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

They sprayed clouds of mosquito poison outside the door of my room at 7am. The poison got in my room. I grabbed my things and left immediately.

Absolutely love staying at Puspa Ayu, a peaceful little gem of a place. Our rooms were lovely and clean, great airconditioner and also a ceiling fan. 3 steps to the beautiful pool, the most peaceful and calm place to stay. Beautiful clean property. We arrived late at night and recpetion guy was lovely checking us in and giving us a tour of our rooms. Room had an international adpator to charge our phones which was very much appreciated as we forgot our adaptors.
