Location is excellent: situated in the downtown area and only just less than 100 meter from the cultural site of Malioboro street, and it is only about 600 meters from the main train station.

Great location. Very central and many food options nearby. Close to the hustle and bustle of Malioboro street but far enough from the crowds to be peaceful and quiet.

The location, the food, the room with great windows to a little garden in front of the window. The room is clean, the bathroom is large with hot water everytime. The staff is friendly. The rooftop is great when it comes to see the sunrise. Recommended hotel to stay near Malioboro, train station, even the Palace. Wish you success.

TaiwanThe room is VERY dirty, especially the bathroom. The smell is very terrible, and I can see mold around the toilet and on the floor. Also, I can see stain on the bed, which is very disgusting.
The hotel is located in the center of Jalan Malioboro, it’s very convenient to hang around, grab some food and go shopping.

NetherlandsThe staff was not helpful, especially the receptionist. As the first person we met at the hotel, she failed to make us feel welcome and made the rest of the stay unpleasant. Information provided in booking.com was not accurate. It said the extra bed cost IDR 150k, in reality they charge 250k. The receptionist was defensive, eventhough I show her the price shown in the app for 150k. She asked me to call Booking.com but she cannot help me with the number. I did make a reservation for an extra bed in the app. Again, she choosed not to belive me. The junior suit was a bit dark due to lack of lighting and no window (1 fake window). The airco was really noisy. I choose the hotel because they have a lift for my elderly parents with heart condition, but in reality the lift can be accessed after climbing some stairs. This hotel is not diffable friendly eventhough they have a lift.
The location is perfect, a few steps away from Malioboro. The junior suit is spacious with comfy king size bed. Breakfast included.
