How attentive and kind the staff were alongside the hotel itself being so beautiful

They are doing construction work building villas next door and the work started at 8am and finished about 6pm.

Lovely hotel, really comfortable bed, spacious room, gorgeous pool and such friendly staff. Very peaceful during the night. Can walk into Ubud in 5 mins. Really good value for money.

There is construction work going on at the side HOWEVER this didn't affect our stay too much and the staff say this will be finished soon.

This place is a slice of paradise, the staff are so welcoming and very attentive can whatsapp them at any time. Our room was lovely and big with a beautiful balcony on the 2nd floor with a large bath and shower in the bathroom plenty of toiletries and fresh drinking water. They also topped our coffee facilities on request without charge throughout the day as well as every morning. The pool is beautiful and enough sun loungers for everyone. Great location for walking into the centre & easy accessible by bike & taxi. We extended our stay it was that nice!

There is a construction site next door, therefore now quite a ten. Takes a bit of the vibe at the pool and they start work early morning

The smell in the room is a bit moldy, you hear everything from the neighbors rooms & some construction work going on right beside the hotel (noise wasn’t noticeable in the room).

The entrance is a little hard to find (especially at night). Note that they are currently undergoing construction so there are some minor interruptions!

Excellent location, very central and close to restaurants and cafes. Beautiful pool and common spaces. Spacious rooms, ample room to relax and unwind - loved the private access to the pool from the patio. Staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly!

Lack of handtowels, and no space to put towels to dry. Also small space for unpacking if you like to put all your stuff in a wardrobe. Construction site next to it but they didn't start before 7 at the morning.

The pool and rooms were clean. Bathtub was very big, enough to fit 2 persons. Staff was kind and communication was attentive and smooth. Balcony was nice, city center is walking distance away. Ricefield views. Electronic mosquito-repellent in the room was effective, as well as the air condition.

The only negative is that the apartments weren’t a 5 star in cleaning levels I’d give me 4 star.

We loved EVERYTHING about the property. Good location, amazing staff, cleaning service, laundry service, motorbike renting, breakfast, pool, activities all available and close by. The men at the accommodation helped us carry our bags and explained how to use the amenities in the building. They waited until 3am for us to check in as our flight was delayed which was so appreciated. Valentine’s Day bedroom decorated on request and it was amazing. Amazing 5 stars!

Unfortunately there is construction noise happening right next door which isn’t terrible for a short stay but for a longer stay it became a bit too much for me. I’d return when I know that is finished because it is otherwise in a fairly quiet neighborhood.

The room is spacious and clean with very nice big bath. Lovely views from the balcony. Gardens and pool are beautiful.

There was a construction right next to the hotel, they are expanding and building villas. This woke us up in the morning. Be aware of this if you are booking in 2025. Also the room smelled a little bit of mold when we arrived, but it got better after ventilating. There is not really a restaurant, you can only pre-order breakfast for the next morning. We did not use this option.

Great location, walking distance from Ubud center but still on a nice quiet street. Very peaceful place, like an oasis. Lovely pool and nice styling. Good value for money and nice with pool access! They also have scooters for rent which was great!

The first room we stayed in downstairs was a little damp but when we were moved to an upstairs room this was not a problem. The hotel is currently under construction of 4 new villas, so there’s building noise throughout the day but this is a minimum and did not really impact us. The workmen have view of the pool and sun loungers.

Spacious and clean rooms with balconies viewing the pool. Gorgeous pool with water features. Lovely, friendly staff who are available via WhatsApp 24/7. Breakfast was nice and you can get drinks for around the pool. A 20 minute walk to restaurants, shops and bars or 5-10 minutes if you order a grab bike. With it being rainy season, the hotel provides umbrellas which is a really nice touch. The hotel arranged pick up and drop off to see Mount Batur. Definitely recommend this place, we would return if ever back in Ubud.

There have been a construction works of a new villas right in the other part of garden so be prepared there is not much silence during the day.

Quite far from the main attractions or more interesting restaurants if you want to walk (~30 mins). There was some water damage on the bathroom walls. The construction of the expansion is generating some noise during the day and is not pretty to look at

Mostly quiet, away from the main streets, a beautiful rice paddy behind it, nice garden and pool in front. Beautiful place overall. Staff very very accommodating, helping with everything I asked. The room was large, bed comfortable, balcony had a great view. The pool area is perfect and well maintained.

Construction of a new hotel complex in the neighboring area. The builders did not make much noise, but still created a little discomfort, and also spoiled the view, as now there is a fence there.

Location-close to the center so you can walk to it and at the same time quiet. Also the room was really spacious. Its also nice to hear the frogs in the evening outside:)
