Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Italy-
The bungalow are spacious and the bed are comfortable. Right outside you can find a table with two chairs where we dined the first night (we ordered food from Grab and have it delivered). The pool area is sensational, with lots of palms and other exotic plants. The pool is especially relaxing as there is a little fountain coming out of the elephant-shaped statue. The breakfast area too is very beautiful, I couldn't help but taking pictures all the time. Last but not least, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We wanted to visit the Gili Islands and they arranged the pick up from the hotel, the boat tickets and even provided their Whatsapp number in case I had any issue. They exceeded my expectations.

We loved our stay at Queen. Room was bigger than we expected, comfy bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is not exactly at the main area in Ubud but it was easy to reach by scooter or taxi. Highly recommend.

BulgariaI don’t like the lizards that came in the room -some of them very big. One tip to remove them-keep the room as cold as possible. Location is ok,but keep in mind is better to have a scooter, it is not pleasant to walk when traffic is busy.

United KingdomI came to Ubud for a bit of field walking during my visit. The images shown on Booking.com were a little misleading, they make you think as if they had good walking access from the hotel to the paddy field around it, but sadly NOT. The hotel has a small garden around it but it is walled and no access to the field around, so you would only be able to see the paddy field if you could fly up in the air. The hotel is fairly remote, a long walking distance from Ubud town. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant and only serves food during breakfast, and the area has no shops or restaurants, it felt a bit restricted. The surroundings are very dark at night time (no street lights), so it doesn't feel safe walking.
The hotel was clean, the pool was very special and the garden was pretty. Breakfast was great!!

United KingdomThe only downside is that there is no restaurant or bar- only breakfast served. But you are close enough to lots of lovely restaurants such as Kalos, that is does not really matter!
The property is absolutely beautiful! It is close to the centre, about a 5 min walk but it is far enough out that it is quiet. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are gorgeous! The bed was huge and comfortable and the balcony was lovely. The staff could not help enough and they were available on WhatsApp to make it really easy to communicate with them. Fantastic pool and an absolutely lovely breakfast!

United KingdomLiterally the only recommendation I had would be to have a light above the bathroom mirror.
This is such an amazing hotel, from the room, to the pool and the breakfast everything was simply fantastic. The staff really made my trip, they were so friendly and super helpful. Only 5 minutes walk and you’re in the main area of Ubud, but the hotel is super quiet and in rice fields. Perfect!

TaiwanThis is the second time I stayed here. Last time I had a room on the second floor, and this time a room on the ground floor. This time the room is a bit humid. The bathroom door cannot be closed. And the bathroom doesn't have a bathtub. Overall, tiny bit disappointed because the previous room we stayed in was better.
Great location, I enjoy walking around, and walking to downtown is not far either. I love the small pool, not big but very green and cozy. I love the spacious room and the decoration is nice and cozy.

VietnamDuring the night, there are various sounds that are very loud, including animal sounds, footsteps on the floor, and people talking. This noise has become quite bothersome, which is why earbuds have been set up to help drown out the sound. Additionally, there seems to be a worm present in my bathroom, which requires attention.
The prime location of this place in close proximity to central Ubud is definitely its highlight. You can easily access all the vibrant spots of the town from here. The property boasts a nice swimming pool that is perfect for a refreshing dip. Additionally, the price you pay for your stay is truly worth it as the amenities and services offered here are exceptional. The room you'll be staying in is spacious.
