Our stay was great we were just hoping to have a restaurant and/or bar but we download the app Grab to get what we needed

- The location was perfect away from the crowd but close enough to many restaurants and shops - The staff always tried their best to go above and beyong any of our request - The room was big with everything we needed - The pool area was lovely - Banana pancake was delicious We will be back next year

Even if it is just about 20 min walking distance to the town centre, you find here a very quiet, friendly, safe, small villa hotel surrounded by luxurious greenery. Staff are very friendly, nice, kind, always there for you; the rooms are very spacious and clean; swimming pool amazing. You can have your boat or flight tickets and transfer sorted out by reception at a very convenient price, saving a lot. I can’t recommend enough, as we stayed a day more than we planned.

The only thing, which I did not like was breakfast to go (many hotels offer coffee to go, pancakes and fruits, we got boiled egg and fruits, no drinks to go).

The service was outstanding - they knew we were coming, but they did not know we will be so late at night - still somebody was waiting for us 🥹😘😍. During breakfast time guys were really paying attention and were very kind.

The only negative I could think of was that some of the wood around the pool was a bit tired/loose but I'm really nit picking here

Great location (the centre is walking distance but much better using a bike as you’re there in less than 10 minutes). Staff are so friendly, rooms are clean, pool area is lovely and really quiet. We had a couples massage in our room which was great. Ubud was our favourite place to stay!

The building was noisy - poor sound insulation between the walls, floors and ceilings. Perhaps there is a plan to do something about this. The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast could do with some variety on the menu.

Beautiful lush gardens amongst the rice paddies. Huge cool pool with elephant fountains at either end. Quite a glorious and peaceful place in a very busy town. Wonderful to escape here.

Beautiful room, so spacious and well appointed. The staff were very kind and friendly. The grounds are so lovely… butterflies everywhere! And breakfast was tasty and generous. The main area of Ubud within easy walking distance. Perfect spot for a combo of quiet time out of the hubbub, and then easy connection to activities when wanted.

nothing all good

good location just a 5 minute bike from the centre but was quiet and peaceful. rooms were clean and spacious with a spacious balcony aswell. the staff were great and friendly and the hotel offeres many different activities and other things like bike rental, mount batur hiking, atv tours etc. we booked the atv with them where they offer a good price with transfers included which ran smoothly. pool is large and plenty of beds around it. breakfast you do have to order the day before and state a time which we wearnt used to and the options are quite minimal but included in the price still very good and nothing to complain about

This hotel is real a topper with 12 large en modern rooms. Breakfast is absolute fine. Staff is very friendly. Walking to the center of Ubus takes in average 10 minutes

The walk between the lodge and the main part of town requires crossing a busy, main north-south road (Jalan Raya Andong). It's necessary to be careful crossing it. I found the best way was to stay on the north side of Jalan Raya Ubud, turn left into Jalan Raya Andong, walk about 20 m and then cross. The traffic was much easier to handle at this point. The small lane that the lodge is in has quite a dark section which may be of slight concern to women walking on their own at night.

This lodge is in a very quiet area on the Eastern side of Ubud, well away from the loud touristy crowds downtown. The room was very spacious and the facilities excellent, including my own bottled water dispenser for refilling my water bottles. The grounds are typical of resorts in Ubud, with a rice paddy in the centre, next to a lovely swimming pool. Nearby are more rice paddies and a Hindu temple. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple (with limited choices) but tasty and adequate. The lodge is about 1.2 km (about 0.75 miles) from the centre of Ubud. The aircon was quiet and effective so it was easy to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room all the time without being bothered by fan noise.

Absolutely could not fault the place. from the staff going over and above to accommodate us, we also booked ATV through reception for a local tour company which the staff were very helpful with and handled every including getting us a better price than competitors down the road. The rooms and bathrooms were perfect, clean and comfortable. the pool outside was fantastic, we were on the ground floor so we’re lucky enough to be able to walk right to it from our room. They also offer spa treatments and very affordable scooter hire too! Only a short walk or scooter ride from the main strip in Ubud, the location is also fantastic. though you’re far enough away to not be bothered by any noise the property is in a quiet area.
