There was no Indian cuisine, may be they could include atleast one Indian dish for Breakfast Buffet. Last day they just packed only a few stuff for our breakfast since we had an early morning departure which was good but we had paid for the full breakfast buffet, whereas only 3 -4 selective items were packed for us, so restaurant staff needs to be a bit more welcoming for guests. Otherwise the stay was great!

The room was a bit outdated, and the bathroom was mouldy.

The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The restaurant was spacious with a lovely view over the pool. The chef came to talk to us after/during each meal (breakfast and lunch) to check how the meal was and to get feedback from us.

The hotel was very comfortable. Good bed, excellent air conditioning and very friendly and helpful staff. The gardens were lovely and well kept. It caters more for local groups,i think, so there were times it got quite crowded, especially at breakfast. Although slightly older, the facilities were kept spotless and any issues were dealt with promptly. My only concern was that, because of it's placement, my room was quite dark during the day. That usually wouldn't matter but I was getting dental treatment and needed to spend quite a bit of time in my room.

Housekeeping staff needs to be trained properly. I was given old brown stained pillows. When i asked for it to be exchanged, he simply put the same old brown stained pillows into another pillow case. Bedsheets are not cleaned properly, full of stains. Hair dryer does not work. Water flow in shower is not great.

Room is spacious and there’s bathroom amenities. staff are friendly. Location is good and price is okay. Plenty of car parking available onsite for free.

It's just that the hairdryer has a timer and it's too short my hair didn't even dry. Wish the timer a bit longer

Staff are friendly and ready to assist. The mattress and pillow are very comfortable. The room is clean and basic room amenities are available. Good selection of breakfast, quite decent. Easy to get e-hailing and there are some restaurants in walking distance

The hairdryer could use longer than usual, in terms of the usage of it suddenly switched off after overheat, hope it can be better for my next visit :D. All good for this hotel

Fantastic hotel if you arrive late into Bali and staying on an island the next day. Our ferry wasn’t going until 2.30pm the next day so we stayed here, half way to the ferry. Great as it has a 12pm checkout and is very affordable. Clean rooms, very friendly staff and all amenities

It's not a flash accommodation, so manage your expectations. Good value for money though

Well maintained and clean property with great staff. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It appears to be a particularly family-friendly and Muslim-friendly venue.

The location little bit far from beach location but according to the hotel description and policy it's perfect. If anybody wants peaceful stay then this property is highly recommended.

The room was cleaned and comfortable. All the staffs were very polite and helpful. Also the breakfast buffet was so delicious.

The fridge in the room are not fridge. Its a cooler . It's useless. Need fridge so we can put our drinks in fridge and it gets cold. Hotel should supply umbrellas in raining days. I've stayed in other Hotel and they supplied umbrellas and it was very convenient.

The breakfast is so nice with direct swimming pool view. The staffs are friendly and respectful. The cleaning service does their job nicely.

Breakfast buffet was ok, quite a variety of local dishes and western dishes. The only setback is that, they serve chicken and beef sausage together in one bowl. Being a hindu, we don't eat beef and I've took it to my table and only realised both has different colors. Perhaps to serve it seperately. Hair dryers cuts off too fast

The rooms are clean, good hot shower, comfy bed and pillows, and the staffs are great too!

Location wasn’t idea for us but that’s on us for not researching enough!

Decent room, mini fridge and nice big bathroom. Nice pool area. Water fountain with filtered water. Helpful and friendly staff
