Nothing really. Beside they could be a little more accommodating when you ask for later check out when they are not full. If you want more than 30min extra they charge 50%. I was only asking for 1 hour extra and that was what I was told. And they had plenty rooms available still.

Nice big rooms, big fridge and shower with glass walls around so the whole bathroom don’t get wet when showering which is rare in Indo. Great location, plenty good restaurants close by, even a mall and 10-15 drive to the airport.

Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Location was good, on a quiet street but still close to lots of shopping and food. Air con worked well and shower was lovely and hot. Right across the road from a cheap little massage place - lady did excellent deep tissue type massage.

Nothing. It was value for money. It’s exactly what it advertises to be and it offers all that you need.

Its proximity to the Discovery mall and many good restaurants, bars, Amnaya for breakfast, the beach and shopping in Kuta. The room was clean comfortable and good value. I also liked having a pool. Not everyplace has one but you need it in Bali! And good air conditioning!

Very quiet and convenient location to everything. Short walk to Waterbom park, shopping centre and restaurants. The extra shared kitchen was also very handy with a microwave, sink and boiling water for tea and coffee.

We love coming to Radha, it is so close to the airport and perfect place to relax after you long flight. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Its off the main road so nice and peaceful. Really good value for the price. The staff are fabulous. We always book a room for our last night here so we can relax and then off to airport in 15 minutes. See you next time Radha!!

1. Wi Fi was very slow and poor . 2. Air conditioner needs regular servicing / cleaning . Had a strong mould smell which they treated by spraying room freshener in the air con .

Spacious room , sofa , tables . Mosquito repellant machine . Tea , coffee , kettle in room . Good water pressure , shampoo etc . Big swimming pool .

The plug socket is only 1. The outside of the street of the hotel seems scary at night when the lights is off.

We went there for 1 night only because our flight is on the next day. I like the property its near the mall and restaurants. But last night when we went out and go back to our hotel we witnessed robbery and all the lights were suddenly off. We were scared and we ran again to the outside of the streets where there our crowded people. The girl who was robbed was a blonde girl. Feel sorry for her. Then we wen out to ear at Discovery mall and walk around Jalan. When we were about to go back to our hotel we even rode a scooter so we wont be able to walk by ourselved and be safe. Idk what happened there but its scary.

The hotel didn't accept card payment due to their card machine not working. This caused me to have to withdraw cash from ATMs to pay the hotel, causing me excess conversion as well as ATM cash withdrawal charges. Also, the inhouse breakfast option is exorbitantly priced and it makes more sense to just go out somewhere for breakfast.

Decent hotel, centrally located with about 200 meter proximity to the beach. Room and pool are good. Does not have inhouse restaurant, but you can find plenty of restaurants just outside on the main road.

Water leaking from air conditioner , bathroom sink draining water very slowly . Minor things that hopefully the staff members will fix and check in future when they prepare room.

Location , room size , cleanliness, security camera, 24/7 staff on duty . The massage place opposite the hotel is really good.
