I had a great stay at Radha Phala, the rooms were nice and the staff very friendly and helpfull. Special thanks to Novita, Winursika, Ganing, Wina, Dadi, Atit, Bobi, that made our stay extra special.

The location is a 20+ minute walk from bars and restaurants and up hill so we got taxis all days due to humidity,m and rain.

A bit far away from the central Ubud, but I can easily get a GoZek for less than 5 AUD.

Excellent breakfast, staff was great, place was clean and hygienic, easily accommodated the diet requests. The surroundings were wonderful, right in the middle of nature.

There is nothing much to crib about. However, there were some noise at night like banging on the door. It could be fixed.

The staff were extremely polite and smiling all the time spreading positivity. The environment and greenery within the property. Good food 👍🏻

Unfortunately, I can't list all of them, but who I remember, they are here (pardon, if there were wrong spelling): Kumala, Mahendr, Ami, Mouita, Febri, Koming, Hear,,, and other, who made our stay in the hotel just like happiness! Everything was perfect

Oh it was perfect 👌 Awesome territory and swimming pool. The food in restaurant is very delicious and high quality. There’s no need to go out of this hotel, it feels like paradise. Stuff is very friendly and nice❤️ we will come again for sure ☀️

The walls are very thin the room next to us were making alot of noise past a reasonable hour and we couldn't sleep. We informed the staff but the behaviour still continued.

The soundproofing of the twin rooms is not very good; you can hear everything from the neighboring room. It's worth using earplugs.

The staff was extremely kind and attentive and they immediately and willingly helped when we wanted to change rooms. It's a cozy hotel with a nice pool and delicious breakfast.

Amazing hotel with beautiful views to the garden and nice swimming pool! The Balinese garden is exceptionally beautiful surrounded by stunning palm trees! Staff is very welcoming, friendly, cooperative and helpful! They happily accommodated us with all needs!:)

Can't find one.

I don't know how to describe how happy we are, its beyond our expectation. The service is TOP, can't expect more than what we received. Staff very helpful, extremely friendly, room are bigger than normal size. One night, we back to hotel a bit late after 9pm, and my family want to have a little swim. The staff told us swimming pool have closed, but they were trying to help us by letting us swam, not only that, they also preparing the pool just for us including towels. What amazing service!! Will stay there again for sure.
