HungaryThe soundproofing of the twin rooms is not very good; you can hear everything from the neighboring room. It's worth using earplugs.
The staff was extremely kind and attentive and they immediately and willingly helped when we wanted to change rooms. It's a cozy hotel with a nice pool and delicious breakfast.

I don't know how to describe how happy we are, its beyond our expectation. The service is TOP, can't expect more than what we received. Staff very helpful, extremely friendly, room are bigger than normal size. One night, we back to hotel a bit late after 9pm, and my family want to have a little swim. The staff told us swimming pool have closed, but they were trying to help us by letting us swam, not only that, they also preparing the pool just for us including towels. What amazing service!! Will stay there again for sure.
