Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RussiaJust to warn if you also work remotely like me - there is no big table in the room itself, only a rly small one, not that comfy to work from there, but there is a big table outside of the room to eat and work, like a small dedicated place outside with a table just for you... BUT... Well, for my room exactly wifi just didn't reach there no matter what I tried... So I was forced either to make a hotspot from my phone (not that sustainable) - or just move inside and work on the small table on small hard stool...
Spent a week here. Overall, everything is nice, it's a pleasant family guesthouse, not far from center. Room is quite spacious, no big issues, price is really good, can totally recommend! Apart from wifi reach issue I got - it's probably one of the nicest guesthouses I've stayed on Bali.

We loved this homestay so much. The room was comfortable and spacious. AC was cold. The breakfasts served on our private little patio were so yummy. The view from our window was picturesque. They have a free water refill available for guests. The family and staff were so kind and sweet. You can tell they put so much love and care into everything. We absolutely would recommend this homestay!!

New ZealandNothing :)
Putu and Noni and their family were so lovely and welcoming! the room is very clean and comfortable, it is has nice natural light and is cleaned daily or as often as you would like. The wifi is good - I wasnt streaming or doing calls or anything but there is a router right outside the room so imagine it is ok for working as well. I really like the area and was why I choose Raditya, 20 minute walk into town with lots of great local markets in the morning and lots of good walking routes around here.

United Arab EmiratesCan't think of much to complain about, especially give the amazing price that was offered. Really just enjoyed every part of the stay there.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Raditya house. Really the best part of the stay were the super friendly hosts. You felt less like a guest in a hotel, and more like a member of their family. They were accommodating of my late check-in due to a delayed flight, they prepared a delicious breakfast every morning. They helped me book all of my car and boat transfers to Gili Trivangan, Nusa Penida, and then back to Sanur Port. And they were just overall very kind and helpful throughout the stay. The location is really nice, it's a 2 story villa, where you will likely get a private room on the upper floor. The bed was nice and comfortable, and the bathrooms were nice with hot water readily available. The surrounding areas had convenience stores, money exchanges, and restaurants readily available, but didn't feel noisy or crowded. It was a quick 15 minute walk to the Ubud Palace, and then another 20 minute walk to the monkey forest, so location wise it's great. If you end up visiting, do say hi to their 2 resident dogs: Coco and Milo. Really friendly little pups who are ready to great everyone who comes by. All in all, absolutely loved the say, was more than worth the amount I paid, and would definitely go back when I visit Ubud again.

JapanThe AC in one of the rooms was too weak. One of the rooms was too small, quite unexpected .Also, no kettle to boil water. The water we asked for from the host had a lot of dead ants in it.
The beds were comfortable. The hosts were helpful to our requests.

CanadaIt's hard to find something we did not like. It was a really nice there and we had a wonderful time. If we really have to find something, maybe a little suggestion for breakfast, since you have to choose between fruit juice or chopped fruits. It would be really nice to have both, guests love that! Bring earplugs if you want to sleep, because of the chickens, but that's everywhere in Indonesia :)
We loved a LOT of things about this place! We spent a week there and had a wonderful time. The family is very friendly and smiley. We had a lot of chats with them about Balinese stuff and they were very helpful with our motorbike rental. Our room was big and the shower with a view on the outside was really nice. The breakfast was good. You can walk to the center of Ubud in about 15 minutes, which we liked, because it meant the place was more quiet because of its location. Last but not least, they have a big water refill available, which was really appreciated, as there is way too much plastic in Indonesia! We loved being able to refill our own bottles several times during our stay. Terima kasih banyak!

Loved the location - short walk to central Ubud but quieter location. The hosts are wonderful people, very kind and accommodating. The breakfast is delicious and served on the terrace each morning. The hosts cleaned the room each day, AC worked well. Excellent value for money!!

JapanThe room was bigger than I thought. And it's always so clean! The bed is very comfortable and the host cleans the room everyday. We have a private balcony to relax and have beautiful breakfast. We likes the outside shower too. This place is close enough to the center of the Ubud. The host is so helpful, they help us anytime with anything. We want to comeback here for sure.

GermanyI recently had the pleasure of staying at Raditya House, and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the owners, who went out of their way to make me feel right at home. The accommodations themselves were top-notch. My room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the little touches that made my stay even more enjoyable, like the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom and the free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the fantastic view from the balcony. The location of Raditya House was perfect for my needs. It was situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet still within easy reach of all the local attractions and Ubud center. All in all, I would highly recommend Raditya House to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Ubud. Thank you to the family at Raditya House for making my stay so memorable!
