I think the breakfast. But this is personal preference okay. I’m really picky when it comes to food. This is not a negative comment but take it as improvement. Add more flavor, condiments and cook it very well. Other than that, RakaAyu is a great place to be for short stays.

We loved our stay here because of how peaceful and quiet the place is. We had a good sleep! The room’s size is just enough for the two of us not too big and not too small. The location is perfect! We arrived at Gusti Ngurah Airport at 10:45 pm and check in at RakaAyu at 11:00 pm. The staffs are so accommodating! Complete with all the basic toiletries.

Paper thin walls, I could hear my son’s phone conversation very clearly from the next room. We were only there for a few hours but I wouldn’t have like to be there for a long holiday.

To be fair we only stayed at this hotel for a few hours before our flight. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms dated but ok. Staff were really lovely and offered us lunch in lieu of the breakfast we would miss, and it was very tasty. Good location for the airport and a taxi was reasonable. Pool looked inviting. Great value for money.

The basin in the shower room was very small but ok for an overnight stay. The staff had limited English and were unable to direct me to the area where there are restaurants ( just turn left out of the hotel and keep going!). Also I found it weird to be asked what I wanted the breakfast as soon as I arrived.

The location was very good for access to the airport. The hotel was modern, clean and the room was very light.

There were no toiletries in the bathroom. I found the breakfast a little disappointing when compared to some of the reviews.

I liked the ambience of the lobby and the garden with the pool right out the front of my room, which was very clean and comfortable. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The location is in walking distance from the Airport and not far from the beach.

Very convenient for the airport - 10 minute walk. We checked out at 4.30am so the receptionist arranged for a snack breakfast to take with us. This hotel is amazing for the cost.

Great location, close to airport and walking distance to lots of restaurants. Very clean and helpful staff. Breakfast was ok. The pool looked nice but we didn't have a chance to use.

Nothing. We lost the card key and could not get our deposit (100,000IDR) for the lost but it was our fault.

Location is very good. Good staff. Helpful. They kept my luggage for almost 2 weeks during my travel throughout the island. (Not for free but minimum charge). The scooter they arranged for us was very good condition. They also allowed for late check out since our flgith was almost midnight. It was half the charge of the room for the whole day.

A little improvement would be to have a small table and 2 chairs on the balcony instead of the beanbag. Which can be difficult to use for less agail people😄

The beautiful garden with trees and a pool, The location in walking distance to the airport like 5 minutes away. Very clean place and rooms. Good bed Tasty breakfast, many options.

There were mossies in the breakfast area however this seems to be the norm in Bali during monsoon period.

It is value for money for a transit hotel, includes breakfast which is convenient. staff prepared a very nice welcome on the bed for the start of our honeymoon.

Very close to the airport so RakaAyu Kuta is a great choice for an early flight out or a late flight in. The room was very nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Lovely, helpful staff and a good breakfast too.

There was nothing not to like.

Really good mattrass, after an 8 hour flight. Close enough to the airport to walk (5mins). Wake up to the smell of frangipani and a nice breakfast. A 2 minute walk to some great shopping.
