The location of the resort is just a little bit out of the way so we found that we got cars to most places but apart from that it was amazing!

Our villa and resort facilities were excellent. Breakfast was nice and the staff everywhere were very friendly and helpful.

Happy hour would be better if half price on all drinks instead of buy 2 get 1 free. So go to Sulis roof top for a drink and view.

We've stayed multiple times at Rama and love it every time. The staff are beautiful, the rooms very comfortable and the pool and pool bar amazing. The on-site spa is exceptional and I highly recommend the facial and 1 hr body massage. Of course, we've booked again in May and ate very much looking forward to our stay. PS breakfast is fabulous too 😋

The house keeping needed to be better. Some days our rooms weren’t cleaned, items not restocked and we had a dirty bed cover.

Breakfast was outstanding and yummy. Staff would remember your name and always talk to you, resort is in the perfect quiet part of Kuta but also an easy walk to the action. The room was brand new/just renovated and very comfortable.

The noise from the next room through the interconnecting doors was extremely loud. It was also quite expensive.

Nice older style hotel which is getting refurbished. Staff were friendly and helpful when we found the refurbishment work was close to our room and noisy they moved us.

We appreciated everything.

We loved the pool and the open, airy breakfast area. Sitting in the pool ordering drinks at the barside pool counter was great fun. The breakfasts had choices to suit many palates and was a lavish spread. We also enjoyed great, value for money dinner at the restaurant, sampling local cuisine. The Indonesian beers, Bali Hai and Bintang, are also worth a try.

Everything was amazing, the staff are attentive and really make the effort to get to know you, the resort itself is quiet and very private not clashed together like a hotel. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling to the kuta area.

Everything was fine in the hotel, but I was shocked by the really dirty beach.

An ideal hotel for a stopover on a flight from Europe to Australia, big, clean, quiet and very close to the airport. However, not suitable for a beach holiday, the beach is close but very dirty. The hotel has its own large and comfortable swimming pool.

There is nothing to dislike!

I love the location! It is in a quiet part of Kuta. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Our room was so comfortable, we didn't want to leave. The restaurant has an extensive menu, it caters to everyone. I loved the breakfast buffet, so fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the day spa. I had a relaxing massage at a reasonable price, 10/10! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Bed was a hard mattress but after a good night sleep we actually preferred it.

Spacious room with balcony, breakfast was good, pool area & swimming up bar on point & beautiful massage at the onsite spa. Lovely staff, arrived early morning (1am) and helped us with our bags & getting to room. Location is good, opposite Circle K which is good but not much else around it but short stroll to shopping & beach. Would definitely stay again.

Maybe a shower cubicle, as you get older shower over bath sometimes isn't easy to get Into. Sometimes can hear talking etc in next door rooms.

Our 4th time staying, great resort, fabulous staff, great choice at breakfast, lovely pool with new loungers, they are doing renovations and the new units look great. 😀

Got a last minute deal due to change of plans which made the rate a bargain for very high quality accomodation. Only needed a night in Kuta close to the airport before flying home and this was perfect. Very convenient to airport, quiet, spacious and comfortable room, great bed. Lunch at the restaurant was excellent. A short walk to the beach if you like that kind of thing (Kuta beaches not really our scene)
