Unfortunately, unable to get late checkout but through no fault of hotel. We were in peak time. Hotel made us comfortable in their waiting lounge and staff were amazing - so accommodating. Looked after our luggage and organised transport for us to airport.

Love the location. My usual hotel was fully booked so I tried the Rama Garden. I am sure this will now be our new favourite accommodation hotel. Still in excellent location and still have the best satay in Bali!!

The staff here are so wonderful! They even spelt out Happy Birthday to my husband with palm leaves and petals on top of the bed spread. Then came later when he was hone and sang Happy Birthday to him and gave him a slice of chocolate cake! Outstanding! Reception staff super friendly and helpful with taxis etc too!

Bathroom in my room was very dated and mouldy around the bath , some of the rooms had been renovated to have a shower only .

Wifi isn’t very good at all.

A lovely, small hotel with very comfortable rooms. Cleanliness was excellent and I appreciated the water cooler (plus hot) in my room. The balcony space and pool area is fab. All of the staff were lovely, helpful and maintain a really beautiful property. As soon as you walk in off the busy street it is relaxing. I would stay here again.

We arrived the hotel at 18.00, four hours after the normal check in time. But the room was not ready. They say we should wait 15 minutes. After 15 minutes they said they need another 15 minutes for clean up. After we argue about that they give us a dinner voucher.

Location, location, very friendly staff, close to beach, shops & many good restaurants, nice pool, large clean room & bathroom, very quiet at night. Really enjoyed out stay here and have rebooked to return at end of trip. The hotel is older style but well maintained. We ate out a lot as great variety of restaurants & good coffee all around us. We normally spend a lot more on accommodation but this was for us a better experience all round. A hidden gem. I recommend this hotel.

What’s not to like about Rama Garden, staff are excellent, beds are very comfy, great meals, pool just outside your door, what more could you want. Location is excellent. Always made to feel very welcome. Thank you Rama Garden and staff.

Wifi was okay but not great - simple fix though as we purchased a $20 telecomsel sim chip.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, staff friendly and the pool very pleasant. This hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to everything and very central.

The room was nice and very clean. There was a fridge, water cooler that dispensed hot water for provided tea or coffee. The bed was comfortable and had a mattress topper on top. Nice bathroom with good shower. Nice pool. Staff were lovely. Location was perfect.
