The staff here are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable . The resort is really nice and the facilities like the gym and spa are very good. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean however the bathroom could have been cleaner

The rooms are not sound proof. I was meant to be in the Junior Suite but they upgraded me to the resort suite upon arrival. As excited and grateful as I was, the noise from outside traffic, and people next door in other rooms can keep you awake. You can hear every cough , sneeze and conversation. I was kept awake most nights by noisy neighbours. My room was in need of a polish also. Broken fixtures around the room didn’t make it feel very 5 star. I had a wonderful stay and I will certainly recommend this hotel but I do wonder how my stay would have been if I just had my original Junior suite.

The property is set in the heart of Kuta, it’s a great location for shopping, the beach, food and more. The staff were great working around the clock to ensure a great stay. The pool is very big and refreshing. The pool bar is great too! Breakfast is a bit manic at rush hour but that’s to be expected. A good selection of western, cultural and vegetarian dishes along with pastries.

Air con had a very mouldy smell, we moved rooms and it was better than the first room but the smell was still present. The showers in the bathrooms could be cleaned a better, maybe that’s just how Bali is.

Convent location, rooms are a decent size. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant downstairs is decent maybe a little pricey. Included breakfast is pretty good.

We had a room above the stadium bar which was very noisy. We did get an upgrade to Junior Suite but room was tiny with an enclosed room overlooking the roof roof of the bar which was awful and poured rain into the room when you tried to open the window for fresh air. We didn’t get the breakfast package but it looked to be good value for $15/head aud

Though it is said to be renovated in 2018, the toilet door was extremely difficult to close. One Tile was broken loose on the floor and had to be careful every time not to cause any harm. Washbasin taps hot side was cold and cold side was hot and didn’t realise it till last day. Upon Checkin the water everywhere were smelly and stale. Had to let the water run until it was usable.after that it was ok.

Very spacious rooms and good ambience with generally warm lit themes. Fitness Centers and spa are available in campus. Public pool. Buffet breakfast was good

The breakfast was good, maybe a few different varieties though over ten days it was still good , but looking to try something a bit more varied. That's it.

The pool, spent nearly every day in it. Loved the layout and the overhanging frangipani trees . It was like a little oasis, rather then some of the more sterile rectangular resort pools. The staff from front desk to the guys cleaning the grounds were very typical Balinese friendly and obliging.

A fantastic pool & great spa. The room was beautiful with a spacious balcony. Absolutely loved the Mexican in the hotel. Walking distance from Kuta beach and restaurants. The staff were lovely & friendly!

The staff was a bit rude at the restaurant. The mature ladies, especially. Wanted to charge my son for half breakfast even tho he took a bite of a papaya before refusing to eat because he was sick.

It was pretty nice but a bit old and dated inside.

Our airport pick up taxi did not arrive, had to wait nearly an hour for problem to be sorted. The outdoor communal toilets for restaurant were ok, but not at standard of our suite

Not critical, but cleaness of room could be slightly better and probably some bathroom refresh would come handy somewhen soon. Overall, it's a decent experience. Go for it.

Superb pool and decent pool bar with reasonable offers and very good service so you can truly relax at the pool area and easily spend the whole day there as in a decent resort. Good buffet breakfast with a variety of choices. Whole resort area is very well kept with lush vegetation and gives you feeling that you are for sure not in the middle of city while in fact hotel is located in busy crossroad of a quite busy street with lots of shops, restoraunts and 5min short walk to ocean and Kuta beach walk. In hotel building there are plenty of eateries and services, including a good quality spa that for sure is worth visiting, gym was also good. I would return to this hotel any time, especially due to a very welcoming pool area, a great king-size bed, good service, and a superb location.

I stay at the Ramayana every time that I am in Kuta. It feels like coming home. The staff are very friendly and always welcoming. I always love laying by the pool. It feels like a sanctuary within the city.

The rooms are not soundproofed so I could hear other guests in neighbouring rooms and the hallways but it was quiet and respectful overnight so I was able to sleep.

The style, the ambiance and the breakfast was incredible.

I was travelling with a couple and both hotels we stayed at they were offered an upgrade, as a single person it would have been nice to be offered the same as I paid more for my room to begin with.

The location of the resort was great close to shops restaurants, banking facilities and Spa’s. The breakfast was delicious plenty to choose from and never had to wait for food as it was always being topped up. My room was both spacious and comfortable. It was only noisy due to inconsiderate guest who insisted on shout to one another in the middle of the night. This is no fault of the resort.

Restaurant service was a little slow, but not a deal killer.

Great room for 3 people (king size bed plus actually v comfortable sofa bed). Nice pool and grounds. Convenient location for pre airport stay.
