What an absolute gem of a place! Cannot recommend this place for a chilled stay any higher. Great location, fabulous service. Cannot find a single fault apart from four nights was not long enough!

I absolutely loved my stay at Ranggen Guest House! It’s conveniently close to Ubud Centre yet offers a private and peaceful retreat. The space itself is spacious, clean, and modern—perfect for a comfortable stay. Putu and his wife were incredibly accommodating, always checking in to ensure I had everything I needed. The breakfast each morning was a solid 10/10, and I was honestly disappointed when I had to miss it due to early morning tours. On my last day, my driver to Canggu canceled last minute, but Putu and his wife quickly arranged another driver through their contacts—something I truly appreciated! Their hospitality made my experience even better. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!

Honestly the most beautiful tranquil homestay/guesthouse in Ubud. Super sweet staff, the pool is lovely, breakfast is fine and the noise of Ubud is far away even though you are in the centre. Great value for your money, 10/10 recommend!

Ilu and the staffs are very nice and welcoming. They even help us to pack our breakfast in containers so that we can bring to airport and provided us with box for packing. The place is spotless, have a swimming pool and close to street market. Breakfast is served to our room each morning.

I loved everything about my stay. The room and property are fabulous. Breakfast was tasty and nice to enjoy on the balcony each morning. The location was great as it is just off the main street but away enough for peace. The water bottles, fresh towels, and room cleaning are offered daily although I opted for every 2nd day. There is a convenience store just across the street and a couple resto/cafes next door too. Great value. Lovely family hosts.

Umbrellas to use when it rains would be nice

The location is perfect, a 5 minute walk to the centre of Ubud. Across the road is a cute little healthy café, cooking classes, a new convenience store and a shop that offers silver jewellery making. The accommodation is very clean and private, the bed is so comfortable and the shower has hot water. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and will do so again.

It was clean and cosy. The place has just four rooms and it's good value for money. Breakfast on the terrace was really nice and even if the place is in Ubud centre it's really silent.

Personally I thought the bed was a bit firm but that's just me, someone who enjoys a firmer mattress will be very comfortable.

Excellent location in the center of Ubud, but quiet. The owner and staff are very friendly and helped us with everything. With scooter rental, tickets and much more. Good massage directly in the room for a good price. Excellent breakfast served on the terrace of your room. Thank you very much
