This villa truly exceeded expectations! Their spa is hands down the best I’ve ever experienced, so relaxing and well done. The room was spotless, and I absolutely loved the open-air shower area. It added such a refreshing touch. The private pool right outside the room was super chill, making it easy to spend the whole day just relaxing. There’s so much to do too— surfing, yoga, and even a surf shop on-site. The food was amazing, and the convenience of renting a scooter directly from the villa made exploring even easier. Every detail was perfectly taken care of by the hotel staff, including my transport arrangements. The service was seamless from start to finish. Would absolutely stay here again!

My only comment would be that the design of the place was quite condensed with no natural open tranquil spaces to relax in. It was also a bit too mannered for my personal liking, and the bedroom lacked any facility to make a morning cup of tea.

The food was outstanding and by far the best of western food places in kuta. The staff were genuinely engaged, friendly and professional. And the main pool was heaven, with its private comfortable cabanas, shaded areas and cool, clean water. My room was aesthetically beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable with a natural, earthy vibe.

Everything about this place was perfect! My friend and I stayed here to wrap up our Lombok trip, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The room was super comfy, the bathroom was huge and beautiful, and having a little terrace outside was such a nice touch. The hotel is really well set up, with two pools so it never feels too crowded. Plus, the food at the restaurant and the spa were both amazing. Honestly, I can’t recommend this place enough!

I'd been wanting to stay at Rascals for some time, but they are usually fully booked. This time I was lucky and had the pleasure of 4 nights in a deluxe room. There's nothing I can fault about this property, it exceeded my expectations, my room was super comfortable and clean, great bed and wonderful rain shower. The front porch was my favouorite chilling location. All the amenities are super, choice from 2 pools, yoga classes, surf lessons. I experiencd the best massage by Tiara in the Spa, so relaxing, I wish I had booked for more than just the one session. Food from the restaurant is amazing, there's an amzing choice for breakfast (I recommend the Bacon and Eggs Benedict, not only was it presented so beautifully, it tasted divine), the coffee from Big Man Bagus is superb, the juices fresh and delicious. The overall ambiance is calm and peaceful and I never felt crowded by other guests despite the amount of rooms. The location is ideal, just off the main road but close to access shops and restaurants by foot, and pretty quiet. But the one thing that made this property stand out, is the staff. Incredible. Always ready to greet the guests with huge smiles, plus deliver the best service I've experienced in Lombok. Olwi, Roni, there's too many names to mention, made my stay incredible. I can't wait to return.

Absolutely everything! The location, the facilities, the space, the 2 pools, the friendliest staff, the food selection, juices and smoothies. The bed is huge and so comfy. They offer massages, yoga, meditation, and surf lessons. I had the best and most relaxing time.

Can't fault it. We loved it!

We loved this place. It was luxury at a very reasonable price! Even though the facilities were fabulous, what really made it was the friendly staff. A shout out to the wonderful waiter Bobby and the very talented barista who surprised every day with art on our coffee! I can also recommend a massage in the spa and the yoga on the premises was wonderful.Our stay here will always have a special memory for us and we were only sorry we couldn't stay longer. Thank you to all the staff.

Very comfortable and relaxing - perfect for a holiday where you don’t have to think about a lot. Staff is extremely kind and caring, extensive drinks and food menu and two lovely pools to relax at. Great addition to have access to Xeno Fit for a reduced rate and efficient support with scooter and taxi arrangements.

Nothing actually! But the bed was a bit too soft for our taste but that's something subjective.

The staff was amazing, breakfast very nice (with pains aux chocolats that were real French quality), the ambience and both pools were great for relaxing, the spa had the best massages that we experienced during our entire trip. The outdoor bathroom was a cool experience on its own. We also did some trips (really recommend the gili asahan tour) with Gimmy. He was an amazing driver and guide! Overall amazing great value for money!!

If I had to pick anything the service of the restaurant isn't as attentive at lunch and dinner as it is at breakfast.

Had a great stay, Rascals is relaxing, affordable and aesthetically pleasing. The bed was really comfortable and the outdoor bathroom was stunning. Delicious included breakfast & the scooters for hire are new.

I’ve been staying at Rascals whenever I visit Kuta for several yesterday, and I always love it. The location is super convenient; the food is delicious with great coffee & breakfast (and lots of good veggie options); the facilities are excellent (two pools with loads of comfy chilling areas, in-house yoga, great spa); and the best thing - the staff are sooo kind and friendly and welcoming and helpful. Will definitely keep coming back, and love seeing how the hotel has continuously grown and improved over the years, and looking forward to seeing what comes next!
