Central location but at the same time quiet and peaceful. The rooms are large and bright and the highlight is definitely the bathroom! The breakfast is very good and the choice is very wide. The staff is attentive and helpful. The pool is fantastic and you also have the option to visit the spa or join the yoga classes. Rascals is much more than accommodation: it is a "piece" of Lombok that I recommend everyone to visit

This hotel is just beautiful! Everything about it from the beautifully kept grounds, luxurious rooms, professional, polite and helpful staff. Centrally located, down a quiet road, just off the main strip The food was delicious, the presentation exquisite and the service impeccable. The pictures do not do this place justice as it is a paradise within a paradise. The buildings, facilities, layout and staff combine to create an incredibly relaxing atmosphere of understated opulence. We booked a Superior suite which featured a stunning outdoor bathroom.

My stay at Rascals was simply perfect, located in the heart of kuta yet you feel away from any noise, everything blends to offer a serene vibes you feel once you enter, the landscape with its beautiful palm trees,the 2 pools with comfy sitting areas,delicious breakfast with nice music, and the design with every detail from materials used and natural light distribution. The room was spacious with comfy beds and nice bathroom. The staff were amazing always willing to help with a smile. Not to forget the spa too was so relaxing. I will definitely comeback.

The location is off a beaten track therefore transport is needed if u want to go to the beach but everything else was provided

The manager Steve and his crew looked after us during our stay special Thanks to Salsa and Bobby and Aldi who were so helpful We adored the resort it was paradise and so relaxing. Beautiful gardens and pools with plenty of places to hide or be seen. Every view is pleasing on the eye. Staff exceptional, take pride in their work and are lovely people. Food was consistently some of the best ive had. Recommend this place to everyone coming to Lombok. Actually, come to Lombok just for this hotel.

Could have been a little better if there was a hairdryer, mini fridge and/or a TV. Makes solo travellers like me able to relax in the room with some movies when the weather is a little to hot.

I have to say the staff were very welcoming and made me feel so settled in the minute I reached. Ever so pleasant and friendly. Being a lone traveller, they entertained conversations with me and shared quite a bit of their local heritage. Even told me where's good places to explore. It's a great hotel with good location to many shops and beaches. The scooters available for rent made moving around even more easier. Truly had a great experience staying there.

Minor things only: shower in our room was weak and the water was a bit too hot (no average/cold water was possible for some reason). And the breakfast - it is nice and quite tasty, but you can only choose one meal and the portions were a bit too small, even though i never eat big breakfast. It was also a bit weird that fruits, or a pastry counts as a meal, i think at least fruits should be offered with no extra charge, like other even much lower class hotels do.

It is a high class hotel with a perfect vibe and service. We really enjoyed our stay. The spa was the best we had in Indonesia. We stayed in deluxe room with balcony- it was great, we got the room directly facing the pool which was very nice.

Nothing. We stayed here the first few days of our holiday and after the great experience we booked again to stay here the last few days of our holiday. Hotel is close by the Airport, so a perfect first and last stay for us.

Perfect service, really nice people that work at Rascals. Great breakfast to start the day in the best way possible. A really nice environment, in the center of Kuta; so close to everything. Possibility to rent a scooter to also explore further surroundings.

The staff was pretty kind and well organized. Honestly we did not expect this level of organization and nade iur journey even more comfortable. Very great callout to the staff. We are looking forward to come back. Btw the breakfast was fantastic

The other guests On a few nights there were guests being loud and splashing around the pool past 10pm Other times guests were smoking and it made being at the pool or the terrace area uncomfortable

The property is in a great location, the staff are all lovely and the place is spotless, this was the best hotel that we stayed in during our 3 week tour of Indonesia.
