We were warmly welcomed by reception staff and that continued with all the team members we met. Our room was beautifully decorated for our honeymoon and extremely comfortable. The bathroom in particular was stunning. AC worked perfectly and we slept really well. The pool area is lovely - we enjoyed relaxing in a cabana and the relaxing background music. Food in the restaurant is delicious, staff extremely helpful and we enjoyed the cocktail happy hour. Staff were extremely accommodating, allowing us to store bags past check out and continue relaxing by the pool as we had a couple of hours before our next journey.

The entranceway could feel a bit more welcoming. Compared to the warmth and feel of the rest of the resort it felt long and uninspiring. Also hand towels in the bathrooms and a mini fridge in the room would be nice. Still loved it though

Beautifully laid out property with plenty of space whether by the pool, eating or in your room. Exceptionally kind and engaging staff all guided by the owner Steve who is always at hand to engage and interact with guests. Definitely will return .

The only reason don’t want to write this incredible review is because we don’t want the price to increase for when we return ourselves :-) what an amazing experience it was. Don’t mess around and just stay there in Kuta. I can’t imagine a better place.

Not a negative point, but you need to be aware that this is not a beach front location. You are two minutes by foot from the main street in Kuta. Along this street, that leads to the beach (20 min walk), you find a wide range of restaurants, shops etc. We had two rooms and in one of them the AC unit was not working very well. We informed the front desk, they inspected and agreed with our remark. Two hours later, their technicians had replaced the complete AC unit and the room was nice and cool. Again, more of a positive remark than a negative one. Super service!

Yes, it really is as good as all the reviews say! Sure, there are better hotels in the world, but it is without a doubt the best price / quality ratio that I have yet experienced. - excellent kitchen serving top quality all day dishes - tasty a la carte breakfast (fresh juice, barista coffee and a choice of "main") - reality as good as the images - more than enough sun loungers, cabanas, bean bags etc to serve all - much appreciated ceiling fans all over. Appreciated on hot days. - amazing staff with a relaxed, yet very professional approach

Kettle in the room would be nice. I was lucky enough to be given a buzzer for room service, but being able to order food remotely from room (as standard) would also be an added bonus.

Beautiful pools, beautiful and luxurious rooms rooms, friendly and helpful staff. I was unwell during my stay and felt really looked after; the owner even gave me a buzzer so as not to have to go down to the bar to order food and drinks to my room! Outstanding care.

The WiFi could have been slightly better but it was acceptable and not a big issue.

A fantastic place to stay; the staff make the experience a real pleasure. A calm, peaceful atmosphere exists and the location was perfect for access to Kuta. The attention to detail in the aesthetic has been really successful and the menu in the restaurant always had something perfect to hit the spot. An excellent place to stay, I am already booked to return!

Onsite spa was under renovation while we were there but staff were quick to point us to another nearby spa.

Breakfast options were absolutely fantastic, would stay longer just for the breakfast if I could. Happy hour, ambience and the poolside resting spots were perfect as well for a laze by the pool, enjoyed the rest & relax. Scooter and transport to airport can be arranged as well.

Only downfall would be not having a kettle/tea/coffee in the room but wasn’t a really problem as we had the cafe!

From the moment we walked in, it felt like the team at Rascals had thought everything through. The team felt relaxed and like a family. They were very welcoming and created a great atmosphere. The hotel was very clean, had two pools and plenty of space to lounge around with a cocktail! We felt like we were back home in Melbourne in their cafe/restaurant. Coffee was perfect and their food was all fresh and nutritious. We also appreciated the board games and table tennis!

Loved everything about this place. Wonderful helpful, engaged & friendly staff. Great attention to detail in the decor, vibe and ambience throughout the beautiful facilities. Food and drinks made with love and attention. Top driver service and recommendations and support in arranging additional activities. And the pool area - a place you just want to have more time to lounge there. Very quick in fixing and even replacing the Airco in our room when it started getting noisy. Great service!
