We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndonesiaBed needs a change, they already sunken. TV signal is not clear/grainy (why put up a TV if we can't watch them properly). Soundproofing is terrible, you can hear music and people laughing from the cafe up front. No elevator and stairs is too narrow.
Location is great. Basic Room, generally clean but could do better. Great for one or two night stay.

IndonesiaThe hostel has a cafe on the same floor as the bedroom. Cannot rest because people laugh very loudly from the cafe. Inside bedroom, wrote no smoking. But the alley was full of smoke from the cafe and smelt inside the bedroom. Booking for 2 days, got a high season rate, only stayed for 3 hours. It didn't seem like a problem for the hostel..
