Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Malaysia- location, u gotta take grab everywhere, unless u wanna take the pretty unreliable jakarta transport - noise of the road since its right beside a busy one - ppl r allowed to smoke in the common area so the smoke will travel into the hallway and into the room :(
- spacious room - clean room (no roaches no mosquitoes etc) - friendly staffs - refrigerator to keep ur food n drink cool - rlly good accommodation for the budget!

IndonesiaRoom that I stay had broken AC (second floor) and toilet door can't close perfectly. Moved to another room (first floor), faucet was broken and the toilet was smelly.
Spacious table, strategic location, helpful staff. I liked the room on second floor. It is more quiet than the first floor, more privacy.

There were a few things in the room that needed maintenance on (lightbulbs etc). Overall an okay value for money but I think you could probably get something better for a similar or only slightly higher price

AustraliaA basic kitchen service would have been nice. There is a drinks vending machine in the main corridor and that’s it! Not even access to a microwave is provided. Contact information for laundry service nearby would greatly improve things.
This is a basic no frills budget hotel. It’s clean and everything in the room and bathroom works. Surprise was the fridge that made all the difference allowing us to have cold drinks, much needed after a day in Jakarta. The lights are good, the bed large (king size)and firm. The room was very big with very high ceilings which really helps in tropical climate. While there is no kitchen Grab and other delivery services were excellent. Most of the staff speak a little English which is helpful in Indonesia.

NetherlandsBad location in poor area. The most important products on the list are missed. They charge extra price.then they shouldn't show on the facility list without charging information There is no hot water in the whole day and they will give you different reasons. I really can't keep staying for more than 2 days. After I didn't have a shower for more than 1 day and still can't get a shower in the evening of the third day, I have to check out. They say "yes, go check out," but they don't make any refund for the rest of the days. Booking.com can't give any answer for support during these 3 days. I tried to complain about a solution or refund for check out from the first day when I found no hot water.

IndonesiaBooking.com said we had toiletries included in the price. This was not the case, we had to walk to Indomaret to buy soap, shampoo and toothpaste. (Booking.com also said we had free airport transfer with this booking, which was also not the case.) We had to change rooms because no wifi reached the first room and we were relying on it since we didn’t have Indonesian SIM card. There is very little noise insulation in this property. The noise from the road is really loud all night. We had a terrible night when a big group of work colleagues booked a night in the same hotel. They smoked and stayed up all night and early morning which made it impossible for us to sleep (even wearing earplugs). The staff did not ask them to keep quiet although we complained. Also, another night other guests decided to put music on extremely loud late at night and then again at 5am in the morning. Again, we didn't sleep well that night.
Location was good for us. Rooms decorated nicely, big and spacious. Hot water worked really well. Lots of storage space in wardrobe and drawers, lots of sockets. Great desk space. Staff were friendly and allowed us to bring another second chair for the desk. The rooms were changed when we asked and staff were always kind and ready to help. Bed was comfy and not creaky.

FranceIt is located close to a big road, you cannot walk anywhere, there is no side walk. You have to take Grab every time. Don’t take breakfast! It was awful, a cold “lunch pack” with cold soup. No drink. No coffee nor tea nor juice and you can’t get it round the corner, you cannot walk anywhere. There is a sophisticated coffee machine in the hotel, you have to pay for it which wouldn’t be a problem but it is a card system we don’t have access to. Other guests had the same problem! They shouldn’t offer breakfast if they can’t provide. We were staying for two nights, we canceled the second breakfast but the receptionist didn’t get it, so we just gave up! We didn’t ask to be reimbursed, it was too much effort to communicate! The bathroom needs upgrade, mouldy

DenmarkYou need to Grab everywhere. The breakfast was directly disgusting. You could tell it was heated in a micro oven. The staff didn't speak English. When we asked them not to bring the breakfast next morning (at 7 am!) Because we didn't want it, they still woke us up early with breakfast.... We even asked the one person that spoke some English if the breakfast would be spicy, as we have some allergies. They replied that there were no Chili and such. BUT of course, the breakfast was spicy....
