AustraliaThe hotel did not offer the free airport shuttle even though it was listed on the booking.com website. I had a big discussion with the Hotel night manager Reid and the day Manager Arif and both denied offering a free airport shuttle. I was advised that the hotel does provide an airport shuttle but not free. Booking.com should look into this and make it clear to the customer so the customer is not cheated.
We booked 2 rooms and both rooms were interconnected and they were very spacious and clean. The aircon was so good that we had to turn off one of them as it was getting very cold. The staff at the reception were very welcoming, smiling, and saying hello to us. On our first day, we went to the lobby to have breakfast. It was very good with lots of different items to eat. But the pastry or the cake was not fresh. The other facilities were great such as the gym, the beauty salon and the pool. I will mention a few staff names who provided excellent service and guided us where to go shopping. Desi – from Guest relationship Fendi – from the staff Neelam – from the coffee shop and a few more staff.

AustraliaBreakfast was not kept hot. The checkin staff on both days we stayed had little or no English and could not help us at all with even directions. Ask the restaurant staff; Rini or valet staff as they have good English.
We have been travelling for 4 months and it was so lovely to stay in a beautiful hotel close to the mosque and cathedral. The staff from the beautiful valets to the pool staff were all so friendly and attentive.

IndonesiaThe breakfast was unfortunately below my expectation. The foods was not bad, there were delicious, but I expected more variety of foods. The most disappointing was the fruits's availability.
The friendliness as well as the helpfulness of the staffs were excellent. The building and the facilities were well maintained. Our room was located at the 12th floor which displayed the photos of Kartini and Kartini's family circle. I enjoyed the displays while walking along the corridor to and from my room. I was curious why the hotel displayed the photos however. A bit explanation would be great!

IndonesiaThe bathtub had a little malfunction, the plug wasn't tight enough so the water was leaking out when I was taking a bath. The coffee at breakfast could be better.
We got upgraded to Deluxe room which is delightful. Very clean, comfortable room & bed. The AC was nice and cool. Breakfast is quite good. Location is very strategic at Pecenongan st. with a lot of food stall around. Good place for staying in.

NetherlandsThey it is a non smoking room, but I can in imagine it wasn’t in the past. The room was on a high floor. The windows can’t open why the room never can breath. We’ve sensitive noses and the carpet doesn’t help with that.
The location is great near Monas and the centre. Also a big plus is the pasar malam in front of the hotel, with saté and martabak for grasps.
