Two of the rooms smelled a bit moldy. As vegetarians/ vegans did not like the breakfast.

Property outdated, old and dirty . 4 stars maybe once upon a time … today looks like a cheap hotel quite old and poor in terms of breakfast.

The location is great and the hotel has a lot of potential to be one of the best of the area. Staff is great! They helped us arranging a complex tour the same day of our departures respecting all Our needs :)

Internet was not stable. The bathroom needs renovation…moldy door (didn’t close properly). They seem to clean where you can see…a lot of dirt in the corners.

The hotel looks tired and needs some refreshment. The bedsheets are clean but used the mattress a bit old too. The aircon is noisy and not very cold. The breakfast is not really tasty. Remaining lipstick on the cup

Just a decent facilities.

Cozy and quiet environment. Spacious parking lot. Close to good restaurants, cafes and just a stone's throw away to central Prawirotaman area and market. Despite its looks, surprisingly that this hotel also has an elevator.

The bath was a bit old and in our last night we had cockroaches. We stayed at the ground floor that could make a difference.

Very beautiful place, nice pool, little own terrace. The staff was super friendly, very kind and courteous. They even helped us book a train to our next stop.

There were ants everywhere when I just arrived. The pool was quite tiny and I didn't really get to try it. Being on the first floor and right by the receptionist, it can be quite noisy.

The room had plenty of natural lighting, so I didn't had to turn on the lights much. The bedding was comfortable and the room was generally clean.

The bathroom really needs some TLC. It was clean but very worn out.

Although not situated near the Malioboro, train station or Kraton, the location was good. The street offers many restaurants and cafes as well as nightlife.

I booked the Diana Hotel on Booking.com and I filtered the price as including breakfast, but after I executed it, it turned out that the price did not include breakfast. I only found out about this when checking in. The hotel location is relatively far from culinary centers, Indomaret, Alfamaret, including ATMs.

The hotel area is spacious and there is a swimming pool which is suitable for children and families. The facilities provided for standard rooms and bathrooms only.

The TV did not work and electricity outlook did not work either, even causing blackout. They fixed it next day. I was moved to a huge suite room, which has a bathtub, Bathtub, on the other hand, always had mouse poop by the evening.

The staff are relatively well trained. I like the lobby.

Only location , next to a few very good restaurants and bars .

A hotel with lots of potential, but the management is not competent enough to use its potential. The bathroom was disgusting, the cleaner spent one hour to make it a bit okay. It was a local holiday and everything was booked so , had no choice. Mainly local tourists, I guess for their standard was okay.
