There was nothing I didn’t like

The villas are quite isolated meaning for take a taxi to town. That was what I was looking for so worked well. I came prepared to make light meals. The staff were particularly great even by Bali standards which is always high. Helpful kind but not clingy or creepy or hanging around for tips. Big thanks to Kutut who really made my stay excellent

Being able to hear the neighbours, which staff also helped to address.

Villa was beautiful and the staff couldn't be more helpful. We had an issue with air con and they fixed it immediately. Pool was great and loved having more space than being in a hotel. There can be bugs and small animals in the villa/on the roof but if that doesnt bother you its great!!!

The people are amazing! Very kind! The villa very big, clean and beautiful. Very good located near Ubud center! The pool is very good size, also the bathroom and bedroom…the breakfast amazing and the coffee as well!

Very limited veg options for breakfast. I think they had fried rice and one another option. But the kitchen is fully equipped and we actually prepared our meals there on some occasions!!

Hands down one of the most beautiful property I have been in. It is literally as beautiful as the pics show if not better. Stayed there for 3 nights with my wife. Right from the pool to the bathtub, from the beautiful bed to the kitchen, this for me was the best part of my 2 weeks honeymoon in bali and singapore. This place is a vibe!!!. Staff is great and quite helpful. They do provide scooty Services and will help you in almost all your worries. There is an Indian restaurant Swagat nearby which serves delicious food. Location is fine too..may be 10-15 mins from Centre Ubud. Pool experience was second to none in my travelling experience.

Nothing - it was perfect.

Perfect best describes our stay at Roshan. It was just me and my two kids - and we were treated like royalty from arrival to the end. The staff were so incredibly kind and welcoming - nothing was too difficult for them. I was a little sick on the last day and Kande took me to a local pharmacy. My kids left a kindle in the room and Nengah drove all the way to the airport to drop it off to us!!!! That's just how amazing the staff are. The actual villa is incredible - finding something like this in Australia (our home country) would cost a small fortune. The private pool coupled with the Balinese feel made it a really special place to stay. Getting a few massages in the villa was also an incredible luxury. The breakfast every morning was awesome. If I could give it an 11 out of 10 I would.

We really enjoyed our stay at Roshan Ubud Villa., The Villa is full surrounded by nature, with beautiful plants and the private pool is perfect for after a day full of activities. Breakfast is also very good, I really recommend their natural juices and Balinese coffee. The staff was very friendly. Specially Kande and Ketut, My husband and I were very grateful for their hospitality, friendliness and service.

While Roshan Villa in Ubud offers a dreamy stay with its spacious rooms, private pools, and exceptional service, the pool maintenance could be improved. Unfortunately, we noticed the pool wasn’t as clean as expected, and it left us feeling uncertain about using it. Despite this, the overall experience was still enjoyable, with a dedicated team, well-maintained interiors, and a delicious breakfast offering. It’s a great place to unwind, but some attention to pool cleanliness would elevate the experience even further.

Roshan Villa in Ubud is the perfect dreamy getaway. With only four villas on the property, each offers complete privacy and luxury. The spacious rooms feature a private pool, a large bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub—everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The property is immaculately maintained, thanks to the dedicated team who ensures regular cleaning and upkeep. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast, which offered a delightful mix of everything, catering to various tastes. Whether you're seeking tranquility or luxury, Roshan Villa offers both in abundance. Highly recommended!

The beds are a bit creaky.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Roshan Ubud Villa in Bali, and it was truly a magical experience. From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the privacy and serenity the villa offered. The villas are tucked away in a lush, tropical setting, making it feel like we were living in a private oasis, surrounded by nature. The staff was incredibly responsive and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They were always available to assist with any request, from offering local recommendations to answering all our questions with a smile. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. The villa itself was spotless and beautifully designed, with a calming atmosphere that made it easy to relax and unwind. The private pool was a highlight for us — there’s something so luxurious about having your own pool right outside your door. The villa also featured air-conditioning, which kept things cool and comfortable throughout our stay. We appreciated the fully-equipped bathroom, which was spacious and very clean, as well as the extra amenities like the safe to lock our valuables. The villa also offered a small kitchen area with a fridge, basic utensils, and a microwave, which was perfect for when we wanted to have a quiet meal in. The smart TV with Netflix was a nice touch too, allowing us to unwind with some movies after a day of exploring. As part of our package, we had a delicious morning breakfast included, which was a great way to start the day. The villa’s location was also very convenient — just a short ride away from the local market and major attractions in Ubud, with Uber rides easily available. The landscaping around the villa was stunning, and the entire area felt like a tropical forest retreat. It was the perfect blend of nature and luxury. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful and enjoyable honeymoon experience. We highly recommend Roshan Ubud Villa to anyone visiting Bali.
