The roof shower was not working, but not a big issue because the hand shower did work just fine. Also, the room had a touchscreen Android phone for calling the front desk, room service, etc. which did give a slight trouble when trying to call the room service. Nothing major, but just something that happened.

The checking was fast and smooth. The luggage was brought up promptly to my room. The room had pretty much all amenities needed. The staff was helpful and courteous. We opted for a hotel drop to the international airport, the car was nice and clean and the driver spoke English.

The toilet door was faulty and the carpets were not very clean on the floors where the guests live.

we were checked into a room that already had a guest staying in it. we found out by entering our room and seeing that another person’s suitcase and shoes were inside. upon returning to the checkin desk, we were told there’s a problem with their system. luckily we were reassigned to a new room fairly quickly and even received complementary fruit as an apology gift.

the lobby, hallways, and elevators smell really nice. everything was spacious and looked fancy. the employees were kind.

Shopping malls, fine restaurants outside not within walking distance. Need 10 mins taxi ride.

room is modern with good TV intrnational Program. the view is excellent on upper floors (15th). Reception staff and concierge are very helpful and friendly. We checked out 5.30 am but couldn't remember which is the reception floor. Was too much in a hurry, on Mezzanine floor or upper floor? Just gave the room card to the security guy when boarding the taxi.

Turn down the music in the hall way. There was a very annoying sound and I woke up from it in the middle of the night and even my boyfriend woke up from it (he normally sleeps through everything). It is a minor detail!
