All the staff were sooo nice! They gave me welcome food and after we checked in and settled into our room they also gave us fresh orange drinks also complimentary food. At checkout, they gave us a delicious cookie! Overall experience was hands down one of the best

I honestly didn’t like the breakfast, they are a lot of variety but it’s of Indonesian breakfast, but after few days you just get use it but no my favorite breakfast menu. Rooms are single glaze windows so you literally heat every motorcycles crossing the streets & you end up waking up early morning to that noice

The hotel is connected to an amazing golf course that realty a bonus for friends who are looking for a golfing experience. The rooms are perfect & comfortable. Very unique set up & has variety of good restaurants specially the FIRE if you into steaks, highly recommended value fie money.

Kids activities were limited to weekend. kids facilities can be improved as it look run down (flying fox is very simple and short ).

Location too far out and had to spend so much time in dodgy grab taxi's. Language was a big problem, lots of misinterpretation and often didn't know what we were going to get after any request. Very noisy with the road construction outside and endless scooters buzzing past. Cost of playing golf was very expensive for my son in law.

For a 5 star hotel, it was quite unhygienic. The breakfast was an open-buffet style but the food was infested by flies. We had an extra bed delivered to our room but it smelled damp. The towels as well. Our 4 months old baby came home with bug bites and rashes. Aside from that i had a 60 mins heritage massage. But it wasn’t a really pleasant experience , the therapist seemed to be in a hurry and it didn’t really feel good. However, the spa facilities were good and clean and the front desk reception were polite. We ordered in-room dining from the fire restaurant, it was delicious

We liked the room design. We stayed in the hotel’s studio with balcony room type. It was spacious and comfortable enough. Most of the staff were polite.

Small but non-emergency things, like a loose shower handle, a flashlight that won't turn on, and a door peephole that's too high, so I can't see guests. I'm around 150 cm tall.

- I asked for a room with a Mountain View. The view is good, but sometimes you can hear the sound of vehicles. The other room has a view of the hotel pool/restaurant/garden. If you don't get a room with a Mountain View, you can still see it on the Zen Deck (hotel facility). - I tried 3 places to eat in the hotel, namely LL One at lunch, Fire Grill at dinner, and Breeze Lounge in the afternoon. Of the 3 places, in my opinion, the best is LL One. Breakfast is also provided at LL One and there were so many options. Great for big eaters. - There are many facilities provided that I cannot mention one by one. But what I like is music played live. At dinner, it is accompanied by modern songs, while at breakfast it is accompanied by traditional songs.  This is the view from the balcony, executive deluxe room number 605, when the fog appears and when the sun rises.

Tiles around the pool area and including inside the pool are uneven. My kids both managed to cut themselves on sharp edges. Pool water is also cold. We prefer warm pools.

at the time all the kids activities are closed, so basically kids could only enjoy swimming. the flying fox and archery are temporarily closed but they don’t provide your kids with other options. i would expect the sport facilities should grow other than swimming. the gym also small, basketball area is just tiny for little kids only. expanding renovation also still under way, so there are still some noise. the location is quite isolated, no supermarket or culinary place near hotel so you need to make sure that you’re all packed up before going to the hotel

love the landscape and interior design and surrounding with nature delight. hotel staff are really good, helpful and very polite. the buggy cart also quite helpful cause the parking area a bit far from the lobby. swimming pool is great.
