We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ThailandVery cute, quiet, comfy, and clean boutique-type hotel. Smaller room, but perfect for 1 or 2 people with private outdoor sitting area. Ample luggage space and hangers provided. The staff was so friendly- I really enjoyed saying hi to them every day :)

United StatesAbsolutely loved staying here! Upon check in you're greeted with a welcome drink. The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect. It was right in the middle of downtown Ubud which made walking places so easy. Surprisingly, I didn't hear any of the traffic despite being right off the main road.

My family and I stayed here 3 nights. The location is wonderful for shopping and dining. It is so close to the Ubud art market. So the street is always crowed but it is not noisy for the hotel. 3 of our rooms are cleans and nice. They have a nice lush garden. We will stay here again when we come back to Ubud!

United Arab EmiratesAlthough the house was away from the road, It was noisy from scooters on the main road as well as people talking loudly just outside your room. I was woken up many times by other guests talking loudly and going to and from their rooms. My fitted sheet had a hole in the centre, which I only noticed when my feet went inside while sleeping. It was also ripped at the corner. The hand towels were old and worn and even raveled out on one side. The grout between the tiles in the bathroom was yellow and needed cleaning.
The location was on point. Heart of Ubud.

SingaporeWhen you enter the corridor into the accommodation, it becomes quiet and you can't hear the traffic outside anymore. The quietness, decor and all the plants make it very cozy. The price and location is also excellent. It is walking distance to many shops and attractions.
