Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Facilities are a bit run down and the aircon or roof leaked a bit (couldn’t tell which). But not unexpected for this price accommodation.
Perfect stopover between the flight in to DPS and before taking the ferry to the islands. We loved they had a triple room. Very good value for the price. Very comfortable beds.

The description said they had a stovetop, but it wasn't there. The kettle and the cutlery had to be asked from staff. TV wasn't working.
We were looking for something close to the Sanur port, so the location suited us perfectly. Smooth check in and check out. Quite spacious with good wifi. Small table and chairs both inside the room and outside. The accommodation is rather soundproof - heard nothing from the neighboring rooms.

Rooms locked more like a posh prison cell but were still better than some hotels we've stayed in previously. Main road out front which is busy but still a good location for the port and places to go for food/drink the night before.
We stayed here for one night due to convenient location to Sanur Port, it did the job it was intended to do. Basic, cheap but convenient. Staff were friendly enough without going above and beyond.

Location was perfect for us as we were using the boat harbour to Sanur the next day. 24hr reception was great due to late check in, was perfect for a single night stay & price was great An older style room but for the price & location exceptional, had all the necessities including aircon & wifi

The bathroom was very dirty and the sheets had stains on them. No one could help us with the safe/lock box therefore we had nowhere to safely keep our passports and money.
The location was convenient as directly across from the harbour for boats to the islands.

We couldn’t use the swimming pool because the water was super dirty.
The room was comfortable and clean. Location is perfect to take any ferry to the next destination (just 5 minutes walking). The staff super nice.

It was a bit pricy. They cannot do nothing about the nearbourghood but it's a big road so you need to take a taxi and cannot go by foot.
Nice pool wich is under the sun most of the day. They offer soap and shower gel plus water bottle which is nice

rain showers are not good. The window curtain needs to close all the windows not just cover the size of the window.

I asked if the breakfast was prepared with mineral waters. (Because the tap water is contaminated) The breakfast is being washed under the water tap. Watch out if you want to eat safely. They told me that they made the breakfast with mineral water. But I took a look at how they prepared my dish, and I noticed that they still used the tap to wash the vegetables. Be aware that food here is not safely being prepared. I don’t recommend people to get breakfast here. The location is next to a very busy road, you’ll need a car or bike to go somewhere, because the sidewalk has a lot of deep holes in it.

The staff was great! We arrived very late, stayed only 1 night and had to leave very early in the morning, and they accommodated a quick check-in and payment. But they also went beyond and let us leave our large suitcases ( we couldn't take these in our 2 day trip to Nusa Penida, only hand luggage) for safekeeping there, which was extremely appreciated!
