We spent one night at Sagara Villas and Suites in Sanur, and we must say that we felt like long-time regulars! The hospitality here is on another level – the staff was simply top-notch and made sure our stay was something truly special. We were especially impressed with the organization of a birthday candlelight dinner. The atmosphere was magical, the food was excellent, and the service was perfectly attentive. It was an experience we won’t forget anytime soon. Our room was incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated – we felt right at home. Despite our short stay, we felt that true hosts were at work here, genuinely caring about the well-being of their guests. We highly recommend Sagara Villas and Suites Sanur and are already looking forward to coming back soon!

I did think that 45,000RP per night for an additional bed for my daughter was a little steep/excessive. This is more than many 5 star Australian hotels charge for a rollaway bed.

We stayed in a private villa and could not be happier with our stay. The accommodation is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The breakfast provided was ample and adequate. The villa was lovely and quiet with a large outdoor area which we were able to relax in. The Vietnamese restaurant at the front of the hotel has excellent food choices at a good price point.

The private pool was very nice. We loved the privacy and the space we had. Both my boyfriend and I needed to work a bit in the day and it has perfect setting for 2 people to work without bothering each other. The reception was very nice, helped to extended a bit of the check out when we have to finish a call, very very friendly.

Large spacious villa with comfortable bed. Option of having breakfast in your villa or around main pool. Choices for breakfast extensive. Service excellent. Offering afternoon tea and turn-down service was a surprise and a great touch.

We stayed in the suites and they were large spacious and well equipped. We had an outdoor hottub that our teenage son loved. The beds were comfy, breakfast was amazing and the pool area was well kept and pretty. The location was also perfect with a short walk to the promenade of restaurants

We had some trouble with the jacuzzi but the staff were very helpful.

The rooms were huge, we stayed less than 24h so didn’t really have enough time to enjoy it to the fullest. The shower was great and so was the jacuzzi (not enough time to use the bathtub) The staff were great and the pool amazing. The gardens were so beautiful and the breakfast was very yummy and good vegan options.

We were given a ground floor room however due to my allergies, we sadly couldn’t stay because of the mold smell. Unfortunately because they were booked out we had to make other arrangements ( then we were told we could be accommodated but it was too late we already booked something else ) so if you’re sensitive like me, make sure you ask for a room with plenty of windows & no mold. The staff were beautiful & really tried their hardest to help us. We would return again & next time stay in a pool villa!

Excellent location next to a very popular Vietnamese restaurant. We stayed in one of the large rooms for 5 nights with it's own Jacuzzi, although we didn't even get to try it as so many things to do. Great pool and breakfast served either by the pool or in bedroom.

Suite was very large but could do with an update. Decor was '90s and the ensuite was dated. Bathroom tiles were quite slippery when wet and we had to use towels to prevent falls.

The suite was enormous and comfortable however there were no windows to the outside. Staff were excellent, extremely helpful and accommodating. Lovely pool and gardens and short walk to the beach.

Not a dislike. Just be aware that Villas/hotels/resorts on that street do not have direct access to the beach. Those with direct access would probably cost more. The aircon didn't really work well. So a ceiling fan in the other room helped to circulate the cool air. But there was no ceiling fan in my room so it was rather warm.

Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly. Love of space and private pool in the 3 room villa.
