Amazing staff, spacious rooms and villas, 24/7 pool, restaurant on site, lots of greenery. Rooms were a blend between traditional style and western comfort. They even provided us with showers and a space to change our clothes in the evening after having checked out of our room at noon as we had a late evening flight and late checkout wasn't an option for our room. They're about 10 minutes with a car from Ubud center. There're also a few other restaurants in the area within a few minutes of walking distance.

Bath needed repair (big gap between shower screen and bath with rotting filler, filler in corner of bath was also rotting) and was quite dated in relation to rest of room. Shower was in bath rather than separate and screen was too small to keep shower water in bath!

Set amongst beautiful lush tropical plants. Lovely pool area. Great sized rooms (balcony’s quite small but didn’t sit out much and plenty of other areas to sit and relax).

Yoga classes could be extended from twice per week. It was unfortunate that there were not even small snack options available when we arrived super late at night or a prior Information would’ve helped as well.

It could have been further away from Ubud, because this town is soo overrated.

The staff, the service in this place is right up there with the 5 diamond resorts. The garden is soo well maintained, its like you live in the jungle but with a comfortable room. Breakfast had good options with many fruits.

The resort was amazing and the staff second to none. Nothing was a problem, the staff were very attentive. The day spa staff were very sweet and the treatments were relaxing and well worth having. The ecoenvirinment was very special and the resort was spotless.

Rooms downstairs are dumpy and smell mold. For those who are allergic or sensitive to the smell I recommend upstairs. The stairs can be slippery on the sides. One of us fell bad. A good scrub remove the slime.

Staying in the rooms upstairs is the best choice. The staff is very friendly and go beyond to accommodate any requests.

- I stayed in a room with a connecting door to the room next by. This is mostly good for families. However, this can be impractical if you have rude neighbours that make a lot of noise at night and wouldn't stop even when knocking on their door. - the shuttle timetable can be improved by adding a new drop off at 10. First time of the day is 8 30 and then only at 15

- the luxuriant vegetation in the location - the buffet breakfast provides lots of options - you receive water bottles in the room - the room is super clean and spacious - there's a shuttle to the city center & back which is mostly useful at night. You can take a Grab or a taxi otherwise - the staff is very polite and tries to accommodate your needs. I extended my stay and they were kind to let me keep the same room

The swimming pool was 1.75 meters deep, which wasn’t very comfortable for my girlfriend, as she’s short and couldn’t stand easily 😂. A depth of around 1.65 meters would be more ideal for a pool.

The room was very nice, and the greenery inside the hotel was perfect. The food was fine, and the staff was very friendly.

People smoking around the pool area was very unpleasant. Also at breakfast, the tables nearest the lobby, were once again subjected to smoke. Our room was a distance from reception with quite a few steps, anybody with mobility issues, like us, found it a challenge.

Breakfast buffet was good with a very good choice. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were lovely and spacious, as was the bathroom. Air conditioning worked well.
