Big room with comfy beds. Quiet aircon and fairly quiet area. Direct beach access with free sun loungers. We extend our stay as it was so nice here.

The staff were fabulous and helpful. Location was awesome - not far from ferry or great snorkeling spots. Room was well sized for a family of 3. Onsite massages were great too.

Wifi in our room further back from the reception, was a bit of a problem for the TV etc. Didn't bother me though.

A great place , clean room and helpful staff. Used the loungers on the beach a lot. The pool looked nice but I didn't use it but swam out front at the beach a lot. I used the spa and recommend it 👍 Rooms were quiet as back from the road.

The structure needs a bit of maintenance.

Perfect position in front of the beast beaches with a lot of turtles. The breakfast is good and the massages too.

Starting to show some minor signs of wear, but so are most places post covid. a/c was a little noisy

No major criticisms. The charging port positioning could be improved. We had a jack and Jill room but just stayrd in the jack room. There is not total noise privacy, if that is important for a couple.

- Close proximity to port and good restaurants like Cala Beach club and Banyan - Also close to where snorkeling trips depart

Our villa stepped out into the pool, fabulous spot to watch the world go by. Comfortable, very spacious 3 bedroom 3 ensuite villa. Kitchen is basic but no need to cook. Snorkelling with turtles immediately out the front. Breakfast was nice. Staff are amazing and helpful. Massages were some of the best we have had across Bali. Location is fantastic with the soothing sounds of the mosque several times a day

Deep cleaning could be beneficial - light switches etc. The pool is not as big as it appears in the pictures and is kind of "in reception". You can hear the mosque loudly, but they do supply ear plugs. Not a negative as we were in a Muslim country, just an observation.

We are a family of 3 adults (parents and son). We were in the Garden villa. We had 2 separated bedrooms with their own facilities (bathroom including toilet as well as a safe ) and an interconnected bedroom that we did not used. The hotel provides towels to lie on beach chairs also provided by the hotel. The breakfast is served on tables on the beach in front of the hotel. Very nice! The location is very good, close to all attractions. Just next to the hotel, we rented bikes for the day. Massage is also on offer at the hotel but we have not tried. On our request, the hotel arranged our trip from/to the hotel by car/boat - coming from Lombok airport and leaving to Lombok Kuta.

3 bedroom villa was huge, good location and pool infront! Facilities at the hotel were good, we had massages every night for 15NZD, breakfast by the beach. They also organised us snorkeling tour and bikes
