Room is large and clean, swimming pool is safe n fun, highly recommended for families with kids. Reception service is prompt n very helpful. Our kids enjoyed the breakfast during stay and the girl named Dewi is absolutely friendly and kind.

My husband and I loved the property. It has limited rooms is what made the experience very special and focused. The property was clean and maintained to showcase Balinese touch through the decor. It wasn’t too westernised which we loved. The property is very new and well maintained. It is beautiful throughout. The staff are very helpful and good listeners. We had an early day trip which was before the restaurant opening time so they packed us breakfast boxes so we wouldn’t leave hungry. Breakfast was included in price and options were amazing. We loved every single one of them western and traditional ones. They cater to your dietary restriction as well. Everyday we came back to a clean room. The beds are extremely comfortable and the pool is also very nice to swim in. We had some special surprises given to us when we arrived: free chocolates from mini bar, floating breakfast and 1hr spa for every person staying. Another thing that makes the property attractive is there is an amazing middle eastern restaurant just in front, starbucks and minimart is just across the road. And all the Seminyak famous restaurants are 10min car drive away via Grab it costs roughly $2AUD / 21000 IDR. We will definitely be coming back to stay here and will recommend to our family and friends.

No deal breakers but next refurbishment it would be good to have larger bedside tables with more than one socket outlet for charging all today’s gadgets. TV located in front of bed, rather than on the side would be more comfortable, as would TV live news channels in English (and other languages). Netflix is available, as are a few English live Chanel’s but they are complicated to get to through the smart TV settings. As guests spend much time is hotels such as these, it should be more straight forward. There are chickens behind hotel with a regular rooster wake-up call at 6am!

Our one bedroom “villa’ had a large bedroom with double bed, large bathroom with separate shower/toilet. These give onto a private and pretty garden area with a small pool over which an original swing large enough for 2 people lying down on a mattress, over the pool, is located. This was delightful! A small deck area has a table snd chairs. The property is on the fringe of town, but the hotel offers a free transfer downtown if a driver/car is available. There are only some 15 rooms, so hardly anyone ever around. Breakfast is a la carte and is quite original and good. Staff are great, and nothing is too much for them.

Everything was perfect in the villa - only thing is it was too humid to walk so I caught a taxi or a scooter to get around. Location wasn't in the heart of Seminyak but still close enough!

Sampatti Villas is like a mini oasis in the city. When you are in your villa it's so relaxing. I loved that you had your own private pool and the size of the villa was massive! The bedroom is huge with a TV with Netflix! The aircon made the room so comfortable. The bathroom was also generous with a giant bathtub overlooking the pool area. They have a day spa which is setup in your room for massages and facials etc. Staff were amazing, friendly and attentive to organise taxis to room service. When I had Bali Belly they were making sure I was ok. The floating breakfast was amazing, I forgot to try afternoon tea (next time) - I would definitely come back!

The only thing that I didn't like that when I came next time to then around 12:30 noon they told me the room it's ready then suddenly they received a call and they told me I need to wait until 2pm only this All others were perfect

I can't say anything I just can say that I highly recommend it The place was amazing really amazing the staff was so friendly specially nana at the reception and Yorna they were very helpful...the room was so clean I remembered that I missed the breakfast and they woke up me at 12noon and they brought the breakfast to my room The food was so good I love that place and anytime I'll come again to bali definitely I'll stay on that villas

Sampitta villa offers luxuries in abundance. Makes you feel royal seeing your private beautiful pool and then comfortable rooom. Sampatti staff goes ten steps for you. The delicious food they prepare at whatever time you ask them for is something I would definitely want to call out for. Sampattti is very well located in semniyak. Loved the staff who had all amazing suggestions for us. They all ensured our stay was comfortable and luxurious. The pool with very room is very good and provides a good experience

Cleanliness: sometimes there are some bugs found in my bed. Location: there is no crosswalk in Sunset road so you can't go to Starbucks Dewata directly.

Location: convenient place which is not far from Seminyak or Kerobokan. Room: there is private room and water is refilled everyday so water is clean. Breakfast: it is very filling. Main dish, fruits and bread.

There is not much to dislike about these villas however with a large group of friends travelling, there were no communal areas or pools to use to socialise.

Beautiful, relaxing, clean and luxurious accommodation with excellent service. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the aircon worked great (even in the extreme heat) and the block out curtains made napping during the day easy. We were treated with an amazing floating breakfast as well as a 60 minute Balinese massage, both were phenomenal.

We stayed at Sampatti for our honeymoon and it was fantastic. The villa was beautiful, clean and the pool was great and very private. The staff we so attentive and friendly and it really had a personal feel. Staff went out of their way to ensure we had a really special stay, including organising lovely decorations for my husbands birthday and providing a cake. The team also gave us a personalised painting of us on departure. Would definitely come back!

Breakfast selection quality is quite good but could be better

Very nice villa for our Honeymoon. The villa is very clean and comfortable. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. We got complimentary Spa and Floating Breakfast in the pool, which was a nice surprise. The location is in Seminyak, across Starbucks Dewata (one of the largest Starbucks in South East Asia), close to a lot of restaurants and cafes

There truthfully wasn't much to not like. The usual thing with resorts is that cushions and coverings can get a little worn, but the Sampatti staff were receptive to constructive feedback and all in all, it's a minor element to an otherwise extraordinarily beautiful residence with the most charming team of staff.

Spent a joyful week at this beautiful, intimate villa resort. If you're after quiet, serenity and modern luxurious architecture steeped in Balinese traditional elegance then this place stands out. The floating beds that swing above each villa's private pool are beyond dreamy. The staff are absolutely wonderful and may surprise you with the most heartwarming personalised gifts. It's about a leisurely 30 minute walk to Seminyak Beach, so reasonably well located if you want to venture a bit beyond the usual tourist haunts and explore some of Seminyak's hidden corners. Overall, Sampatti was a fantastic living experience.

Lots of mosquitoes during our stay - even the hotel provided insect repellents. At night traffic noise from the streets was loud and disturbing.

The viilla was so pretty and clean. They also provided us with flower arrangements on the bed and bathtub, and a floating breakfast. It was so awesome. The bed was so big and comfy. The pool was nice - although water was a bit cold. The hammock on top of the pool provided a nice place to chill. The living area outdoor was also nice - would benefit with a ceiling fan.

The staff were amazing and really went out of their way to make our stay memorable. They welcomed us with fresh juice and a cold towel when we arrived, let us check in early, and decorated the bed with flower petals and a flower bath in the bathroom. We were also treated to a beautiful floating breakfast in the morning. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. While the room and pool decor was a little dated, and could use a bit of sprucing up, it was still beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay there.
