One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Bali. They completely spoil you from the moment you check in. Great breakfast spread too. Shout out to Barry who assisted with the check in, Budi who conducted the art class and Restu who conducted the coffee making class.

Restaurant does not provide a large varieties of menu. We start ordering takeaway meals on second day even though we stay in villa all day. They do not have much ample room for jogging and wandering inside the property vicinity.

Hospitable staffs, nestled deep within a river valley so they offered quiet environment. Sufficient space for one bedroom pool villa, and we get amenities we need to stay for a week or so. Heated pool, perfect for family with young kids. Invigorating spa.

Everything was perfect, the staff and the villa were amazing, we definitely had a good relaxing time at Samsara Ubud, the food was phenomenal, the best mei goreng i had i Bali. We enjoyed staying in the middle of nature.

tip top service from booking until check out! the resort emailed me their list of activities (free and paid) in advance so we could plan our itinerary ahead. the bed and pillows were out of this world and we had one of the best sleeps! food at the kelusa restaurant was top notch. highly recommend the sup buntut, beef burger and steak. the breakfast options were good. there is an option of in villa breakfast (though options are limited) or in restaurant dining. special shoutout to musli, nuh and lia! nuh struck a conversation with us when we were waiting for our gojek. when he found out that we had to set off really early the next morning for our sunrise jeep drive, he offered a wake up call and breakfast box. i was feeling a bit bummed on having to miss out on the breakfast so i was super surprised and touched by the breakfast box offer which was substantial by the way! we really enjoyed our stay here and 100% recommend this resort. we will definitely return here when we come back to ubud!

Has limited choice in food. the food quality is acceptable but no surprise.

The resort is located among the beautiful rice Terraces, a few steps away, you got the stunning views. Far from the noisy center of Ubud. The staff are nice and friendly. The villa is cozy and comfortable. Spa feels good, surrounding by the sound of waterfall, relaxing experience.

The hot water had an issue when we arrived at the villa, but they gave us another villa, the hot water does finish fast sometimes, and the hotel needs to upgrade the dinner menu as the options are limited, other than that it was perfect

There was nothing we didn’t like. Some people might not like the distance between Samsara and Ubud but we rented a scooter and drove in and out at our leisure; hotel also provides complimentary shuttles into Ubud twice a day

Our villa was beautiful, its a really quiet location, the scenery is lush and green. The staff are lovely and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they went of their way for us. I’ve never seen people smile so much!

Wonderful Hotel in the Forest behind Ubud. Ubud is a very busy city full of people. So it's nice to escape after a stressful sightseeing day back to this great Hotel with privat Villas and pools and additional outside shower. The arcitecture is lovely. So like the Staff. Everyone is so kind and helpful all the time. The hotel is very clean. We liked it very much and would always come back, when traveling back to ubud. Although the hotel is a little bit outside from ubud (like 20 Minutes car drive), there is a shuttle service two times a day organised from the hotel. Furthermore you can join Yoga, paint and Coffee classes. There are nights with live music and outside cinema nights. The food in the restaurant was great too. Great view in the forest. The breakfast with menu we liked as well very much. Thank you for the great time.

A very intimate feeling away from the traffic and chaos of central Ubud. The food is amazing. The big pool feels like you're in the middle of the jungle. We went with our two small kids and they enjoyed movie night and walking around the rice fields nearby (all to yourself and lovely). Overall an amazing stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful spacious rooms, excellent facilities, all with own ensuites and own private pool, mosquito nest were fitted on all beds. Excellent restaurant and variety of food. Staff for exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall a wonderful experience.

Because of the location there were quite a lot of mosquitos and moths. Not the fault of the property per se, just something to be aware of. We had moths that kept shedding on our bed, so we got moved to another room - which was much appreciated!

The restaurant is top notch! The rooms are super lovely and the gym (albeit small) was a welcomed feature. Staff super friendly and the chocolate balls at check in were delicious!

I can not think of any

Location is perfect in the middle of jungle without hustle and bustle. Since we came till we left the peoperty we see only friendly helpful which made us feel comfortable. The room - the smell will stay in my memory, the pool always clean with good temperature, the bed is super nice with good linnen complete with a comfortable pillow.
