Horrible road to get to the hotel and you have to go a long way round. There is a way of walking to town but you have to go down a steep path and trek through a very over grown path.

Safebox could have worked, balcony doors didn't lock even though it's safe area. The pool had fair bit of oil in it we didnt go in (massage oil or from suncreen, not sure) photos of room and pool area were definitely better than what it was, maybe they were taken when it was built and since it has become a bit worn out but wasn't a problem, just set different expectations. Value for money was good because we got it at a black friday sale price but wouldn't have paid the full price. It's a bit far from town (10-15mins by scooter) you need a scooter for sure and the road was pretty bumpy. Again, didn't bother us but just good to know if you don't ride a scooter I wouldn't recommend as you would be paying up to 200k to go to town each time.

The location is not the easiest to reach, but that’s very common in Nusa Penida. The door of our room didn’t close properly so geckos could enter easily.

Leo :) he was part of the staff and helped us a lot in organizing our trip. He really made our stay pleasant and we felt he took care of us very nicely!

The privacy was a bit compromised due to the nearby snorkeling Wall Point, which attracted a lot of people. Be aware that the sound of morning prayers might wake you up.

The view from the room was breathtaking from the balcony. It’s peaceful to sleep at night due to the quietness, and the mornings are beautiful with the sunrise and the sound of birds chirping.

It's clear that the hotel does the best it can with what it has. As constructive feedback, the water heater is very small. It's not what you'd expect from a hotel for one person to shower and then have no hot water left for the second guest.

In general, everything was very good. The hotel has an excellent view, as you can see in the photos. The breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly. The only slightly negative thing is that the roads leading to the hotel are in terrible condition, but that's a general problem in Nusa Penida. However, you can arrive safe and sound with a local taxi. I don't recommend renting a motorbike here or driving at night.

The bathroom was really big, but empty. The sink doesn’t have countertop and it’s not comfortable. Sometimes we didn’t have a hot water. The internet is extremely slow. The pool and the furniture outside was shabby. The food in restaurant +15% and if you order the <cesar> salad they bring something absolutely different. So, you just have to understand that - this restaurant good for local food only. If you want normal european cuisine-go to the hotel nearby. The road to the hotel is terrible. Oh. We took a taxi and the price from ferry was 150000 idr. It was scary to ride by bike. This hotel doesn’t have access to the beach-the staff can take you to the beach by bike. By the way- the road on the ferry is extremely bad for luggage . You should take care of how to get to the hotel in advance. Because Go Jek and Grab doesn’t work in this island.

The view is great. Quietly and not so far from the port. The staff is really friendly and you can order some food to the room. The bad linen was clean. There were also wrappers. There is hotel nearby with the great panoramic pool, good food ( I mean restaurant foot with a good serving) and we was really excited that we can spend night in sumuh and day in pool nearby.

I don’t know why, but the hotel looks like has almost anyone there, the swimming pool all the time empty, the bad for the massage was extremely dirty, like nobody use, so nobody clean… Breakfast unfortunately really bad, and we found a hair at my wife’s plate..

The room 113 smell damp. Water heater doesn't work in the bathroom. Room service is bad. Ordered pizza only to be told that the oven is broken. No telephone in the room to contact reception. To get to town is a nightmare as the road is literally in a jungle with no lights to guide you. No other entertainment available.

The only thing about this place is the view from the balcony and our tour guide Mr. Swarta who was so kind and helpful.

Laix and Leo made us feel so welcome, we even got a welcome fresh juice drink. The beds are so comfy and the views from the balcony were incredible. Especially loved the bath tub on the balcony. Would highly recommend the Balinese massage at the hotel.

The only thing I’d say is that Google map takes you to a house a mile and half from the property, the owner of the house was kind enough to take me to the actual location of the building.

Very outdated, dirty, rusty and expensive for what you get. The road to get to the hotel is also on a very bad gravel road - 9 minutes from main road.

It has the most beautiful view. The staff is also very friendly and helpful especially Ketut & Leo.
