The property is very nice- the gardens are beautiful, the fish at the front of the property are a very friendly welcome but needs some tending to as some of it looks a bit tired- loose boards around the pool and bath, toilet runs and the sliding doors don't slide as well as they used to. Love the pool- it's really fantastic. The staff were lovely and cooked us a beautiful breakfast every morning. The property is in a nice location back from the hustle and bustle of the area.

No coffee maker in the room, just a kettle and Nescafé packets. Per my request, The staff prepared a pot of fresh Bali coffee for breakfast. However, there was a charge for subsequent pots. A simple French press would be an improvement. Also, putting a step to get out of the deep end of the pool by the lounge chairs would help: as is, one has to either be in good shape to hoist oneself out of the water, or go out on the shower side and cross the entire bath, bedroom, and dining room to reach the other side of the pool. The TV had no live English News channels. The road to reach the villa had a section under construction that was rough—not the responsibility of Sanata Villa and a temporary inconvenience. It’s a fairly long walk to reach the area with cafes and restaurants. I called a Grab scooter each time I wanted to go out.

The staff was wonderful and did their best to respond to the requests I made. The villa was very large, beautiful, quiet, and private. The private pool was clean, beautiful , and delightful. I loved the open shower right by the pool. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and included fresh fruits and fresh juice. There were 3 breakfast menus to choose from. There was a filtered water dispenser in the room. Large TV with Netflix.

Rooms look exactly as pictures. Staff are the nicest people we have ever met. We kept returning and we will return next time we visit Bali! Amazing breakfast too.

The road to the villa, once off the 'smooth road', was unfortunately a bit washed out, and we felt bad making transport come down that way, so I suggest getting dropped off/picked up near Turtle Villas unless with luggage.

This was just beyond what we expected. The staff we're just phenomenal. I've never felt so special and been treated with so much respect, especially when we were stuck in the room for 3 days feeling unwell.

The road leading into the property needs maintenance, it is washed out in patches.

Staff were great, meal prices reasonable, fairly close to a range of shops. Food stalls nearby which had cheap and delicious food.

The most beautiful villa and the most beautiful staff! Thank you for making our anniversary trip so wonderful! We were complimented with some chocolates and a floating breakfast on Valentine's day and constant assistance from the staff. The rooms were alwasy spotless and delicious pancakes for breakfast !!

It would have been nice if the personal would have communicated with us at what times they want to enter the villa to clean or spray for mosquitos. After the morning cleaning we went out and were quite surprised when we came back and noticed that somebody had been in the villa again.

The Villa is super spacious, enough room for the two of us. Also the personal pool is amazing to have. Personal was extremely friendly.

Staff were lovely and the place was very sweet. Loved the bathroom and the option to have an outdoor bath or shower. I didn’t use the kitchen facilities but they looked great. The villa was also close to many of the places I wanted to get to but I always used grab. I also unfortunately didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great

The only thing that i didn’t like was that to get to the villa the road leading to it wasn’t paved very well, was muddy and rocky … i didn’t feel like i could walk out and get to anything very close by. Everything was a bike ride away. But the villa made up for it - private pool, cool room, the room was extremely clean as well.

The villa was beautiful & the staff were amazing. This was an awesome experience all the way. They help me set up a floating breakfast, they assisted me with setting up flowers in the pool, they took my breakfast order and brought breakfast to the room everyday! The AC was amazing, the room was spacious and beautiful, and the staff were great!

Lovely villa in a very quiet street amongst the hustle and bustle of Canggu. The private pool was large and the staff were really friendly and helpful. You can walk to Berawa and Canggu beaches but it can be tricky in parts but it was also easy to arrange a bike or car to take you where you needed to go.
