The pillows were atrocious. No house keeping for the whole 9 days, no daily water, I had to pay extra to have the room with a refrigerator. No kettle. But I suppose you get what you pay for. Very average service.

I liked the location of the hotel, good price. Pool was great.

Great location. Lovely setting with fish ponds. Staff friendly and speak good English. Standard room has no fridge or tea/coffee facilities.. but they have free tea/coffee at reception.good size pool Lovely and clean...but access in/out for 70yr old is not good. Its via a small pool and over a wall... bed is comfortable. With doona no top sheet. And quite lumpy pillow. Frog noises over night were loud and disruptive to a light sleeper.. but otherwise is quiet as back from road so no traffic noise. My first night there was loud drumming ceremonial music coming from a temple next door up until about 10.45pm.

You actually have to ask to have your room cleaned. And you have to leave your key in an open container on the bench at reception and collect your key again when you get back - if you want your room cleaned. So safety wise for personal belongings we were worried. But we had no issues during our 4 days there.

On short notice, they were able to provide us with two joining rooms. The air con works so well! Couldn’t be thankful! The beds were very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The pool was also clean! Location is great. It’s quiet considering you’re next to the hustle and bustle of Legian Main Street. And the pool was not busy and a great space if you’re a family like ours that was barely at the hotel. The staff are friendly and always greeted us warmly! Great experience and my kids were happy too! Big ticks from us!

The area is terrible. Noisy. No tea and coffee making in room. Our deluxe garden view ground floor room had a small balcony that was like a furnace....no air. Probably suit young people looking for ear shattering nightlife, but not oldies like us.

The wifi was extremely bad. if they improve the wifi then it could be perfect hotel. I couldn't work or even connect the TV to wifi.

There was a musty smell in my room that stayed around for my three nights. I don't think it's the Hotel fault, it seems to be common in these areas. I think is just a Bali thing. I got used to it, so all good.

This is my second time staying here. It's a lovely authentic place to stay with gorgeous gardens ,great pool and helpful staff. In a great location across from the AMV Shooters bar where great live music happens. Quiet and family friendly hotel. My bedroom had a comfy bed,great air con and also a big verandah.

The bathroom needs to be renovated. The paint on the walls is fading big time. Also, a thicker blanket would be nice in the bedroom. There was a bit of work being done outside the rooms that started early in the morning and ended a bit late.

The pool is very nice and the room is big enough for a solo traveler or couple.

Room is very basic. No hair dryer. Blanket is just a thin cloth & not a proper blanket or comforter. Bed is not really comfortable. Checked in smelt nicotine, as previous client was smoking in room. Sofa was filthy n toilet has no shower curtain. We stayed at level 2 and there's no lift, and we have to lug our baggage thru few flights of stairs.

Location is good. Exterior and Ambience looks nice & well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Staff were easily contactable. Facilities were great, had no issues. The pool had to be the cleanest pool I’ve been in Bali. Would 10/10 book again.

The staff working there wanted me to pay the double of price for my stay. I told then the price that I booked in booking.com and he said ok. So get sure of checking the price before paying in the reception.... As well there were a few locals living there speaking really loud at night which annoyed me as I wanted to sleep
