Abkhazia, Georgiathe shower head needs cleaning or replacing. the beds were ok. theres loads of ants downstairs. the window didnt lock shut because the lock is broken. the keycard didnt work when we came back to the room - we had to get it recoded every day - makes you wonder if somebody was going in whilst we were out.

United KingdomThe breakfast was ordered from some place in a rice box and didn't have much in it... The nuance of the hotel from the outside could be better...we arrived at around 7 PM but it was quite dark outside of the hotel...
Helpful staff, actually there were some good street foods outside the hotel... The room was clean...it is OK enough...

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. WiFi was very good. The lobby is creatively decorated. The reception staff twice arranged Grab taxi for me.

Germanyit was very dirty, had 3 cockroaches in the room and lots of random peoples hair, smelled like old cigarettes everywhere, especially the air conditioner… we asked for a new bed sheet and got it, which was nice of the staff but very needed…

IndonesiaThe staff didn't inspect the room before gave it to us. The room was apparently used by smokers. There were stains only the bed sheet. There were NO actual non smoking rooms in this hotel. The toilet were dirty. Stains on the toilet bowl.
Well, at least the staff promptly change the bed sheet after we complain (that is the minute after we enter the room)
