The bad smell of the room , the staff can not speak english , our room was not clean properly , timming for using the pool as our room was near the pool and people can still use the pool until 12 am which was not comfortable for sleeping , the food is too bad for the price.

room was not that good, bathroom door hook was faulty, hot water for shower hardly 5 mins, even to lock door is difficult from inside and outside and location is also very far from harbour. It was not worth money. Spending 533k for 1 night very costly as per the facilities

The space, the breakfast and the staff were amazing. Malik and Lin always had a smile and Helping me with getting the electric bike each morning as I have one leg Malik was on it every day and taking back to charge when we returned. Cleaned our room and asked how everything was every day. Will definitely be back

It’s a little bit far from the main bars/cafes, you have to rent a bicycle. The cleanliness could improve.

- Breakfast could have more options - The shower is open in the ceiling and exposed to the sky. Could consider covering that in order to eliminate the chances of rodents or mosquitoes entering.

Very friendly and accomodating staff (especially Malik and Iin) Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Nice pool which was lit at night. Very delicious, affordable and generous cocktails. Staff did all they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, including providing info about the island, upcoming events, ect. Love the traditional Lombok style accomodation spliced with Greek decor.

Stained white towels and poolside furniture. Under a lot of construction which did not reflect in the pictures online. Doors to our room (#2) were not secure. We could get in without a key because the doors slid from side to side like barn doors. Biking there from the harbor takes about 14 minutes and is slightly uphill which makes it difficult to carry your backpack. Doable but not pleasant - We put our backpacks in the bike baskets on the way back and it was much easier. The only other mode of transportation is to hire a poorly treated horse as a taxi :( We chose to use bikes the entire time (50K per person per day). Best location to stay would be near the Harbor because that's where everything is, other than turtle beach on the northeast side of Gili T.

Pool was clear and a glass of welcome water infused with lemon and cucumber was provided. AC worked fine and was on when we arrived, nice staff, and breakfast included (although we did not eat due to early snorkeling plans).

Great location in a quiet area, rooms are small but cozy and clean, the pool is great for cooling during a hot day, the breakfast is good - better than most places you can find in Indonesia, the staff is helpful.

Our stay here was amazing, our room was so clean and comfy! The staff were great, so kind and helpful especially Balick delivering drinks/food/towels to the room at any time for us. we rented bikes here each day so easily and good value!

It has a cosy, holiday feel. Nice sized pool. Good aircon and wifi. Very hospitable and helpful staff and management. Nice and quiet location, especially if you want to see the sunset. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of local delights.

the hot water, they started to be colder when we use a lil bit longer. but the room was amazing

the location is 2.5 km from central harbour, a bit far but we can book a cidomo at harbour which cost 125.000 IDR for 3 people. the design was stunning, peaceful and I love the staff. they were really friendly and helpful. they helped us a lot about what to do in gili, even bring our luggage to our next hotel, even gave their phone number so we can called them whenever we got troubled with our bicycle.
